The Space:

Soft morning light filters into the castle‑themed retreat, inviting you to linger over a coffee as the warm Davenport air drifts across the private pool deck. Step inside and feel the spacious living area welcome you after a day of exploring Orlando’s famous parks. The gentle hum of the lazy river nearby reminds you that resort fun is just steps away, while the quiet corners of the townhouse promise a calm place to unwind.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms accommodate a range of guests. Downstairs a Queen bed sleeps two. Upstairs you’ll find a room with two Twin beds, a bunk‑bed room that sleeps four, and a King bed bedroom for two. Four bathrooms are spread throughout the home, making mornings and evenings easy and unhurried.



Indoor living

The living area features a flat‑screen TV and ample seating for family and friends. Air conditioning, heating, Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace support longer stays or relaxed getaways. A washer and dryer are conveniently located for fresh linens and clothing.



Outdoor living

A private pool sits just outside, offering a refreshing spot to cool off or soak up the Florida warmth. Pool heat is available for an additional charge, and outdoor furniture provides space to lounge between swims or enjoy evening breezes.



Resort access

As part of The Retreat at ChampionsGate, you have access to resort pools, a lazy river, a water slide, cabanas, a Tiki Bar, a fitness center, a movie theater, a games room, a playground, volleyball courts, an 18‑hole golf course, a driving range, a putting green, a golf clubhouse, six clay tennis courts and a tennis clubhouse. Free street parking and a private entrance add convenience throughout your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Cooking basics, dishes, drinkware and a dining table make meal preparation simple. A high chair and children’s dinnerware are provided for family‑ready meals.



Bathroom essentials

Each bathroom includes hot water, towels, bed linens and shower amenities. A hair dryer, iron and ample clothing storage contribute to a comfortable stay.



Neighborhood

Located in Davenport, the home offers easy access to Disney World, Universal Studios and nearby dining options, all within a short drive.

Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.



Play a round of golf or revel in fine-dining at a top-rated restaurant. Regardless of your interests, The Retreat at ChampionsGate promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
