*We have 55` TVs in the condo. You can watch your favorite channels after a busy day at the beach!

*Seasonally Heated up to 85°pool!

*Heated 100°+ Hot Tub!

*Watch the Sunrise from your own balcony!

*The kitchenette has pans, pots, dishes, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, etc.

*Cooktop with 2 burners. NO oven

*FULL-size fridge

*Full bathroom with hairdryer and starting kit

*Bed linens and towels for inside usage are provided. You should bring your own beach towels.

*Iron and iron board

*24/7 access to the beach

*Landry room is on the 1st floor (it accepts cards and coins)

*Seasonal Coffee shop on the ground floor (Yes, we have seasonal Starbucks!!!)

*The beach, as well as beachfront restaurants, are right across the street (in front of the building). Literally just 1 minute walk!!!

If any amenities will not be available during your stay for any unexpected/emergency/ repairs/renovation, and other reasons, it is out of our control and it will not be a reson for refund to be issued.
Other things to note
*Guest must be 21 years old to book the condo.
*Absolutely NO smoking
***This condo is second home for the owner and due to the owner`s severe allergy, NO service animals or emotional support animals allowed at this condo at any time. Thank you for understanding!
*No pets
Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund. Additionally, a fine will be applied.
*No parties in the unit allowed
*Must wear armbands while staying in the Origin (kids under 10 years old are not required to wear a wristband.
*The wristbands can not be removed once tightened.
*Coffee shop is open March 1- October 24

***We are providing STARTING KIT for our guests, which includes paper towel, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, toilet paper roll - enough for day or two until you get to the store. If you think you will need more stuff, please bring your own or buy it at the nearest store.

***We do not supply coffee or other food supplies, so make sure to bring some of your favorites.

***Florida has an abundance of naturally appearing wild life. Florida`s warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bug, mosquitoes, and more and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.
