This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath ground floor villa sleeps 8. The primary bedroom showcases a king bed and flat-screen TV and has private access to the patio. The primary bath features a tiled walk-in shower. You'll find two queen beds and a flat screen TV in the second bedroom. The shared full bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

The living room features plush seating, a rocker-recliner and flat screen TV. For added sleeping space, the sofa pulls out into a bed. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the comforts of home. Going fishing? Cook up your fresh catch and enjoy it at the dining room table or better yet, take it outside to the private patio and enjoy dinner al fresco.

For your convenience this unit comes with a washer & dryer, free WiFi, and free parking.

Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Come golf at the gulf! Edgewater maintains it's very own Executive Par-3 Golf Course. You'll also find basketball hoops, 3 Pickle-ball courts, 10 Shuffleboard courts, and 10 Tennis courts. Book a lesson with our Tennis pro and up your game while you're here! Stove internet problem

Left front eye on stove not working, refrigerator door would not close about 3/4 inch gap, internet did not work for the last two days

Nice stay for the 3 nights we were there

The only complaint is that maintenance needs to inspect the ac flow for the back bedroom with double beds. That room temp didn’t match the rest of the condo. Hard to keep cool back there. Everything else was great.

Our stay was just wonderful! The villa was spacious, close the beach walkover and conveniently locate close to restaurants and grocery stores. We hope to return soon!

Beach trip

The condo was amazing and we enjoyed the trip immensely. Very clean and well stocked. However, when we arrived, we were initially unhappy because we expected to be ON the beach. We looked at 20 other places and chose this one for that reason. The pictures definitely give the appearance that you are right on the water or right next to a bridge that takes you to it.... That is not the case. You have to walk across a large parking lot and then over a long bridge. When it's hot, its no fun; I also have a knee injury so we were willing to pay more to be close to shore. There are golf carts that can take you back and forth if you don't mind waiting but that can also take a while as everyone has the same idea. We would probably stay here again bc we did really like the condo itself BUT I think that the description should be more clear that this is not on the beach so people can make that decision themselves.

Comfortable; The Villa.neighborhoods with Gates, Tram drivers, and permanent residents promote a safe and friendly environment My only disappointment wasv it was advertised as on the beachfront, but was really across rhe street. It was ecplained to me when I was able to speak to a rep after my booking, that itvisvall apart of the Edgewater Resort whichvdoes touch the beach. However, all poolside and beachfront staff were great, and we had full accessvto the beach and pool offerings. Feels safe to have kids and teens there. Plenty of people and staff polite and helpful]

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The check-in and check-out process was seem less. The property was clean and just as described and pictured. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
