The Space:
Welcome to our charming home in Vancouver’s prestigious West Side!

You’ll have exclusive use of the entire first floor of a detached villa — a bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed space perfect for families, small groups, or business travelers.

What you’ll enjoy:

Three comfortable bedrooms with quality bedding for a restful sleep

Located in a quiet, green, and family-friendly neighborhood, the home is just a 15-minute drive to Downtown Vancouver, Richmond, and YVR International Airport. With nearby parks, schools, shopping, and public transit, you’ll enjoy the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have **exclusive access to the entire first floor** of the villa, including three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and a private bathroom.
You will also enjoy a **private entrance** for convenient check-in and added privacy.
Parking is available in front of the garage (side-by-side spaces). **Please note: do not block the driveway on the right side of the garage.**
