The home is a very well thought out 1900 square feet with a large, completely fenced in backyard and multiple outdoor decks and a jacuzzi on the lower deck.
Be prepared for a very comfortable stay. The home is setup to accommodate 8 people very comfortably. (Up to 2 kids age 13 and younger do not count towards occupancy)

Note: After you book this home, you will be required to sign a brief Good Neighbor Contract. This is a requirement of City of South Lake Tahoe (this is based on the City's legal requirements to rent a VHR). The contract will state that you agree to follow all Vacation Home Rental Ordinances. Several of the most important laws will be outlined. Failure to sign this contract in a timely manner will cause your booking to be canceled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee based on our advertised cancellation fee, based on the time of cancellation.
Worth Mentioning * Both the City of South Lake Tahoe & The County of El Dorado have become extremely strict in enforcement of posted rules which can be found in the rental agreement. Be sure to become familiar with said rules to avoid steep fines and visits from the authorities * This home sits in a quiet (mostly residential) neighborhood and therefore extra consideration should be made to keep the noise down. * This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products and 1 large towel and wash cloth per guest. This should be adequate for a group staying for several days. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival if your stay is longer than a few days. * We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breach of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges and possible eviction.
Note on cancellation policy: Please note that booking a visit to Lake Tahoe comes with some risks of guests wishing to cancel and receive a refund due to natural disasters or weather related events. Our cancellation policies are strictly enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you need to reschedule your date, you must be in compliance with cancellation policy first. If there is a blizzard, road closure, fire, smoke, rock slide, avalanche and/or any other natural disasters, our cancellation policy will still be enforced as we cannot expect our property owners to be held accountable for refunds for natural disasters which are expected to occur in the High Sierra Nevada Mountain Range on a constant, regular basis.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO ENSURE PROTECTION IN THE EVENT YOU FEEL THE NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON.
Cleaning fees also include: Maintenance, supplies, restocking costs. This pays for guest consumables (Such as laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos, starter set of paper towels, tp, etc. For longer stays, we ask guests to purchase). Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels. Our family of eight had a wonderful stay here at this South Lake Tahoe hidden gem. The house was clean, warm and comfortable with plenty of room to stretch out. The three full bathrooms was an awesome plus for a family of our size… the hot tub was a wonderful addition after a full day in the snow. We really appreciated all of the towels, what’s up,comfy blankets and cozy pillows placed throughout the entire home. This home definitely had a warm comfy vibe to it. I wanted to say an extra special, thank you to the property management company that handled our last-minute reservation when our original plans were detoured because of a power outage in another area. We will definitely keep this house on our radar for future trips. I think this house would be awesome in the summer as well because of the close proximity to the Tahoe keys Marina and central location in South Lake Tahoe. I would definitely suggest this home to families. The bunk room is large enough for four kids. Again, thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a beautiful stay.
