Welcome to your home away from home! With nearly 3,000 sq. ft. of living space, this stunning 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat in the prestigious Eagle Trace Golf Course Community offers the perfect balance of relaxation, recreation, and productivity. Whether you’re here for a family getaway, group trip, or extended workation, there’s plenty of room for everyone to unwind in style.
The space
LAYOUT DESIGNED FOR COMFORT:
This home has 3 floors: upstairs, ground, and basement.
The upstairs include the Primary Suite with a king bed, balcony, and spa-like ensuite with a jetted soaking tub, marble tile, and granite counters. Three more spacious bedrooms and a full bath complete the upper level, totaling four bedrooms upstairs.
The ground floor includes a large living space and a half bath, while two cozy bedrooms are available on the lower level—perfect for large families or groups.
GOURMET KITCHEN:
Whip up your favorite meals in the chef’s kitchen featuring a gas stove, double oven, coffee bar, and TV—fully stocked with everything you need to entertain or enjoy a cozy meal at home.
BRIGHT LIVING AREA:
Gather in the spacious family room with a 75” Smart TV, Pioneer surround sound, and beautiful stone veneer accents. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere

WHY GUESTS LOVE IT:

Other things to note
The finished basement is not included in listing as owner lives partially in the basement. Owner works out of state and is usually gone 8 months out of the year. Basement does have a private entrance so even if owner is at the house, guest will have total privacy and sole access to the main entrance.
GUEST COUNT:
Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. Children 2 years and up are considered as part of the total guest count. Most hosts set their nightly rates based on the total guest count. Instead, we set a lower base rate for up to 8 guests with an added $50/night Usage & Amenity fee (plus booking fees & taxes) for every extra guest. This allows us to accommodate smaller sized groups with affordable rates and honor our standard nightly rate for groups of 12.
FAMILY:
We are family friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please note that the house is NOT childproof (ie no outlet protectors, corner protectors, etc). But infants are allowed if the guests take full responsibility for them. Please see our House Rules for more information.
VERIFICATION: Bookings are protected by TRUVI. After confirmation, guests must complete identity verification (takes less than a minute) before arrival. Check-in details will be shared after this step. Guests may also need to agree to House Rules or Terms & Conditions.
CHECK-IN FORM: Before check-in instructions, guests must fill out a form via our link to help coordinate our ground team.
HOUSE RULES:
1. NO EXTRA GUESTS: Fee of 50 per guest/night over the 8th guest. No unauthorized visitors. Violations result in immediate cancellation without refund.
2. CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in 4PM, Out 11AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a full night fee. Early/Late requests subject to fees.
3. PETS: Case-by-case approval only. 75 fee per pet.
4. NO SMOKING: Outdoors only, 15ft from doors. No candles. Violation fee 250.
5. QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am. No outdoor music or noise. Please respect neighbors.
6. MEDIA: No pro photo/video shoots without approval and fees. No commercial use.
7. PARTIES: No events or gatherings without written approval.
8. VENDORS: Staff allowed access for maintenance with prior notice.
9. EXCESS MESS: No glitter/confetti. Excessive mess fee 500. Please clean up after yourself.
10. WIFI: No illegal use. Connectivity not guaranteed due to external factors.
11. RESCHEDULE: Treated as cancellations. Changes within 14 days must rebook under policy.
12. CAMERAS: Active at doorbell, driveway, gate. None inside or in private outdoor spaces.
13. PARKING: Max 3 cars in driveway. Street parking available; do not block neighbors.
14. DAMAGES: Report breakage. Unreported damage incurs replacement cost plus 100 fee.
15. INSURANCE: Traveler’s insurance recommended for unforeseen issues.
16. CHECKOUT: Remove trash, wash dishes, and leave the property tidy.
Failure to follow rules results in immediate cancellation without refund and deposit withholding.
