Relax on the extensive wrap-around covered porch overlooking the stocked pond and fishing dock—our guests love “martini sunsets” with views of wildlife in every direction. Inside, wide-plank pine floors, two cozy fireplaces, and a spacious great room set the scene for relaxing evenings with family and friends. The first-floor primary suite features serene pond views for a true vacation-every-day feel. Also on the main level is a charming guest room known as The Lincoln Bedroom. Three additional bedrooms upstairs provide plenty of space for groups. This private country retreat was designed with comfort in mind, including a state-of-the-art geothermal system that keeps the home comfortable year-round. We originally selected this property to create a private retreat for family, friends, special events, holidays, and even weddings—and it’s meaningful to now share that same sense of connection and celebration with our guests. There’s something special about welcoming others to relax, unwind, and reconnect with nature. Guests love spending time by the water, fishing for catfish, bluegill, and largemouth bass, and taking in the quiet surroundings. Outside, guests enjoy a relaxing triple-falls water feature, a grilling area perfect for outdoor meals, and a private dock on the pond—an inviting place to fish, unwind, or take in the peaceful surroundings. The custom post-and-beam barn, sourced from Connecticut, adds another layer of rustic character. Every element—from the natural materials to the landscape—creates a rare blend of comfort, artistry, and rural elegance.
