• Linens provided for the King (1), Queen (1), Full-size/Doubles (3) & twin-size beds (1).
• Towels and beach towels are always fresh.
• We have plenty of pillows to choose from.
• Kitchen with all necessary meal preparation equipment and a dishwasher helps make clean up easy.
• Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available.
• Internet and Smart TVs are available for your convenience when logging into your accounts.
• Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and cooler provided.
• Pack 'n' Play upon request, sheet not included.

This space is specifically stocked to accommodate overnight guests.

• April 1st - Memorial Day Weekend: 2-night minimum.
• June: 4-night minimum,
• JULY & MID-SEPTEMBER: WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY, FRIDAY-to-FRIDAY.
• Labor Day - End of October, a 3-night minimum policy.

• November - Prelude: 2-night minimum.
• Christmas Prelude Weekends: 4-night minimum.
• Christmas Prelude to New Year's: 2-night minimum.

The dining area and kitchen are raised from the Living room and bedrooms.

No childproofing has been done at this house, but we welcome children and families.

Yard maintenance may occur occasionally in the summer. They won't interrupt you, but unfortunately, we cannot give you advance notice. They arrive on their terms.
