INTRODUCTION
The first floor features an open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and seating at the large center island for chatting while making meals or enjoying a cup of coffee while the kids watch their morning cartoons. Flowing naturally into the combination dining and living room area, you'll enjoy the comfortable lounging area in front of the TV and gas fireplace. Situated off the living room is the first of two primary suites in the home, with access to the screened-in porch. The first floor also includes two guest bedrooms, a full bathroom (with a wheelchair accessible 36" doorway), and a powder room.

Upstairs there is another primary suite, and two more guest bedrooms that are connected with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The large bonus room, which is setup as an additional sleeping area with built-in bunk beds, features a foosball table, a combination table tennis/pool table, and a large sectional sofa with a TV - the kids are going to love this spot!

The covered front porch, screened-in back porch, and sundeck provide ample gathering space outside, as well. Enjoy the gas grill as you barbecue some burgers among the serenity of the peaceful, wooded backyard.

Amenity Passes are required for use of the community amenities and you will be provided a link prior to arrival to purchase your passes online directly from the Bear Trap HOA. There are no refunds of any kind for passes purchased. To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.

MISCELLANEOUS
The linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for number of guests property sleeps and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

The maximum occupancy is 20 people.

Parking is permitted in the driveway and garage only. No street parking allowed.

No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.


Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
