Welcome to Leika Haus, the most luxurious home in our entire collection—an exquisitely reimagined mountain retreat where contemporary design, flexible entertainment spaces, and cozy, first-class amenities come together to create the perfect ski destination and summer lake getaway. Fully remodeled in Autumn 2025, Leika Haus offers all-new furnishings, high-end finishes, and an unmatched suite of entertainment features including smart TVs, gaming consoles, board games, books, movies, and more.

Named for its translation as the “Play House” or “Fun House,” Leika Haus was envisioned from the ground up as a central hub for year-round Rocky Mountain recreation—from world-class skiing and snowboarding, to golf, sailing & boating, mountain biking, fly fishing, hiking, cycling, off-roading, and endless alpine adventure, all within 30 minutes of the front door. On the other side of the door are just as many unique experiences from the Harry Potter themed library to the large hot tub with mountain views.

Quiet neighborhood located along the Snake River and Keystone River Course Golf Course, minutes from Keystone Resort Mountain House and River Run base areas as well as Lake Dillon and Dillon Marina.
Getting Around:
Just a short 5 minute walk from the house, you will find the free shuttle pick up for Breckenridge/Skiing
Other Things to Note:
Travel & Transport:
Colorado's traction law, active from September 1 to May 31, requires passenger vehicles to have at least one of the following: snow/all-weather/M+S tires with adequate tread of 3/16th of an inch, a four-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicle with all drive wheels engaged, or chains or an approved alternate traction device. These requirements are mandatory on certain highways like I-70 and 285 during the season, regardless of current weather. This includes reasonable expectation of the ability to drive with snow and ice present. We cannot provide refunds for vehicles that become stuck or require towing, and we are unable to provide recovery services. Winter Weather Advisory: During winter and some months surrounding the winter season, all driveways, walkways, decks/patios, and roads may be covered in snow and ice, requiring caution and adequate footwear for persons and vehicles to have four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive for safe navigation of area roads.
Each home comes with an Amenity Kit to get you started. Additional items can be purchased, just reach out!
The home offers parking for up to 5 vehicles, with a heated 2-car garage.
Portable Air Conditioner, 2 - 1 Person Kayaks, Hammock, & Yoga Mats available for additional fee and require signed liability waivers. Price Varies by Size & Type. Price will include a 50% refundable deposit. Must request at least 72 hours prior to check-in for availability, availability not guaranteed.
No smoking allowed on premises - $750 Fee.
Security cameras on-site over driveway and walkway.
Fireplaces shut off May 15-Sept 15 due to radiant heat.
