Family Friendly Comfy Beach Cottage in Beautiful Salvo

Sea Yawl 2 is perfectly suited for one family or two couples/two small families. Salvo offers beautiful wide beaches, great restaurants and shops, walking and biking paths, museums, close access to both the ocean and the bay, and even a public park and small skate park. There is a fun ice cream shop in walking distance from the house and a convenience store with delicious sandwiches.

There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room that is Roku enabled. The king room and the queen room also both have Roku smart TVs. The outdoor TV has a Smart Google TV. The house does not have cable TV. The internet is great for streaming and for remote work.

Please notice that the bedroom-level bathroom is shared. The bathroom is accessed by the master bedroom and the hallway.

Light sleepers should be aware that the bedroom level is below the living area and the floors are creaky in some places.

Rental include sheets and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels! Included in the rental is access to 2 Townie beach bikes, beach chairs for 6, and a few kinds of beach carts. We also have a few beach games (including Cornhole) that you are welcome to use. Don’t forget that the house has a large hot tub on the ground level. Morning hot tub soaks at the beach are amazing. 2026 is a big year for our ground-level space. Our game room has had a renovation and looks beautiful. It has a table-style shuffleboard game, foosball table, and mini fridge. Directly outside the game room is an outdoor living room complete with an outdoor TV and lounge area. This will be a great way to spread the family out and enjoy the fresh beach air.
