Welcome to the Whale House! The stunning views of the Salish Sea will take your breath away. Our seaside location right on the Seawalk, invites a bike ride, evening stroll, or a beach walk to our local restaurants. Each window or deck can be a moment for finding yourself whale watching or catching a dolphin pod cruising into Discovery Passage. Humpbacks are seen feeding, Orcas breaching, bald eagles fishing and sunrises that simply have you saying out loud, WOW!

We are directly located across from the impressive 6 km Campbell River Seawalk- which was newly revitalized - and takes you all the way to downtown Campbell River. Bike, walk, or take bus (bus stop steps away) to restaurants, local shops, grocery stores and more! Or simply walk across the street and hang out next to the ocean. We are conveniently located around the mid point of the Seawalk which means that you are close to everything!
Looking to explore the area- we highly recommend it as Campbell River is the island`s best kept secret:

- 9 mins to Downtown Campbell River + Discovery Pier
- 10 mins to the ferry to explore the Discovery Islands

- 15 mins to Elk Falls Provincial Park
- 35 mins to Courtenay BC (Comox Valley)

If traveling by foot or bike, we are centrally located on the sea-walk directly infront of the home which will allow you to quickly access shops/restaurants in downtown (to the North) or in Willow Point (to the South).
Property is a side by side duplex; homeowner or guests may be in neighbouring side which is a completely separate home. Each home is very private with their own separate entrances and amenities.
NOTE: There are external cameras on the property for security purposes. The home has a ring door bell camera that shows the front entrance. It is triggered by motion and sends short video recordings. Cameras are only on the exterior.
- Smoking is prohibited; evidence of smoking indoors will be subject to a fee of $250
- Be respectful of neighbours; Quiet hours observed between 10:00pm to 8 am.
- No pets unless arranged directly with host prior; fee may apply.
- Please do not use candles in the home.
- No parties or events; evidence of such could cause your booking to be cancelled and a fee applied.
