The location of this property is great! The beach is just a short walk away and you can watch the sunset at night from the lanai or walk down for a better view. The grocery store is just on the other side of the parking lot so less than a 5 minute walk. We were able to walk to the shopping center area right around the corner for a variety of restaurant options and a drug store for additional items not purchased at the grocery store. Convenient location to get to all the great things to do on Maui.

Great home away from home close to so much!

We had a great stay and wished we could have stayed longer! Very homey condo and the grounds were beautiful! The location was amazing and just a few short steps to the beach for nightly sunsets!

Very comfortable family condo

Our family really enjoyed this condo at Kihei Garden Estates. There was plenty of comfortable furniture. The beds were good and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals or snacks. The pool and hot tub were really nice and the location was perfect for beaches and restaurants. The lanai also had a view of the ocean.

Wonderful quiet place

This is a great location in Kihei, very close to very good walking beach, the accommodations are very comfortable, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. No crazy resort fees and no hustle and bustle of the town which was perfect for us.

Perfect Maui condo for our family!

We were so pleased with our stay at this perfect Maui condo! The bright and cheery decor, the 3 different, roomy sleeping areas, the comfy bedding & mattresses, the plentiful fans and effective AC unit, the prompt responses from Gerald the owner, the short 1 minute walk to the beach and grocery store, we loved it all!!!

Maui getaway

Had great time at this property. It's located in a quiet area of Kihei. The sandy beach is just across the street and it is not crowded at all. The sea turtles like the privacy too. Definitely would stay at this condo again.

Beautiful property close to the beach

Can’t beat the location of this lovely property! We loved walking to restaurants, shopping and of course being just steps from the beach, where the turtles were out and about every morning. Pool and Jacuzzi were great for windy afternoons. The condo has everything we needed, fit 4 adults comfortably. Looking forward to staying here again next time I come to Maui!

It has everything you need in a great location

Great spot!

Location is great, diagonally across the street from a good beach, walking distance to restaurants and groceries. Condo is nice, furniture could be better(more comfortable), but most of the time is spent doing activities away from the condo anyway. Great place overall, host is super communicative and responsive.

Functional and convenient unit

The unit perfectly suited our family of 6. It had everything we needed and the complex was very conveniently located close to shops and beach. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

Great location, cute comfortable place. BBQ area by pool was great to have, walked on beach each night cause it was so close. There were only 4 beach towels so we had to go buy 2, there were six of us. Location was central so perfect to go all over island. Extra pillows for couch bed should be replaced they are pretty flat. We had a great stay here.

We planned this trip only a few months before we arrived and we were very lucky to book this condo. With a pool and the ocean walking distance from the condo it was perfect. We spent a lot of time on the deck and cooking in the kitchen. This was our first family trip to Hawaii (my son is 4) and we loved the space. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay, half block from the best beach, half a block from a supermarket, half a block from restaurants. Everything worked in the condo and it was clean. Location on the island is perfect location so you are not driving all day to get to snorkel, shopping, or luau. Pool is crystal clear and residents are all friendly.
