Our goal is to provide you with all of the information you'll need during your stay at this wonderful home in The Villages. If you need any further assistance, we are available 24/7 by phone, email or text if you need anything or have any questions during your stay. We are a local management company and have local vendors to handle any issues that may arise. So, please do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.
The Villages is a 55+ community and therefore has age restrictions for long term guests. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen (19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. Additionally, neighbors are friends here and pay attention to each other's homes. Therefore, please do not be excessively loud past 9pm.
Guests are permitted access to the entire home, excluding locked areas for owner belongings and supplies. The garage is available for parking. The golf cart will be parked within the garage. You'll also have access to nearby activities, entertainment and sports, if you choose to purchase a Lifestyle ID and explore everything The Villages has to offer.
The Villages is a GOLF CART COMMUNITY!! There are parallel roads for golf carts only. The Villages has an app where you can find directions to anywhere with the golf cart paths. It is truly a fun experience. The home you are staying in DOES offer use of a golf cart. There are local vendors available to rent (with delivery) additional golf carts, if desired. Come live like a Villager and try it out for yourself!

POOL HEAT DETAILS: - This pool is serviced by solar heat only and can only be turned on or off by manually opening or closing the valve. - The heat is insufficient in unseasonably cold weather. - The pool is serviced by chlorine treatments. - The pool is approx. 19' in length, and 5' in depth.
GOLF CART DETAILS: - Golf Cart is a 2018 EZ Go RXV Model (ELECTRIC) - Golf cart is a 4-seater with ability to hold golf bags and a storage bin - Golf Cart Maintenance Fee is $125 at the time of booking. - The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Liability Waiver form to drive, if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out our online liability waiver form (which is sent you two weeks prior to booking). Golf cart key will be provided upon submission. - Guest is responsible for any monetary damages to themselves, the golf cart, others, or property of others, including any monetary damages incurred during their use. - We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs. A replacement golf cart will not be provided if there are mechanical issues that prevent usage.
POLICIES: PET POLICY: - This home allows one (1) DOG to be included in the booking. - The fee for pets is $150 - The dog must be < 20lbs. - NO CATS allowed - You will be asked to submit a photo and documentation for the pet approval prior to your stay. - Failure to clean up after your pet is considered a violation of the house rules and will result in fines
Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4x guests included, max 6x guests.)
Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date
Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker. Amazon will not always deliver to the house and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.

Unfortunately, this was not one of my most enjoyable stays. When we first got to the property at 1am, the garage door was wide open and the door into the house from the garage was not locked. Luckily my husband was with me, oherwise I wouldn't have gone in by myself. I travel alot by myself, this was very unnerving. We notified management on Saturday morning about this and told them we'd let them know if it happened again. We woke up Sunday morning to the door open again. We notified management and they said they would get a tech over to look at it. We left Wed morning and no one had been over to fix it yet. The house itself was fine, clean. The bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable. The pool was dirty and the water level was about 3" below the skimmer. With permission from management, we ran the water from the hose to fill it back up, even though the skimmer wasn't sucking the water in. There were no lounge chairs or pool floats.
