There is a good sized parking lot touching the street, and the cars are in view from the house, and it's a very very safe area.

Our cozy condo is stylish and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.
Each bedroom features floor to ceiling windows that bring in plenty of natural light, super-comfortable queen beds, specially designed clothing storage units with plenty of space, high powered fans, super-quiet A/C and warm lighting.
The living area has a smart TV, fabulous furnishings (cozy love chair and extra-comfy couch), A/C and fan and lots of natural light streaming through the large windows.
Our kitchen is perfectly designed with lots of counter space for preparing food and all the kitchen tools you need to make your favorite dishes.
New appliances (microwave, oven, toaster oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and more) make for a convenient stay for those who love to cook.
Our kitchen isle has a large counter top perfect for dining or as a computer workstation when dinner is finished, with the specially-designed bar stools created from natural Costa Rican wood, comfortable and gorgeous.
Our bathroom features a large standing shower with high celings and a rainshower faucet, with ocean-colored tile work and beautiful over-counter sink atop custom-made cabinetry that has plenty of room for toiletries.
A stacked washer and dryer adds even more convenience for your stay.
We are a corner unit, and we have a lovely view of the pool and courtyard below, with it's colorful landscape and tile work.
The courtyard features a shared BBQ area with beautifully-tiled counters for food prep, and visitors enjoy lounging near the pool or making new friends.
(Keep in mind that our building only has a limited number of condos, so our courtyard is quiet and never crowded, if you prefer, you can lounge around the pool in peace without being bothered, our guests are very respectful of other folks' personal space.)
Our balcony has comfortable chairs and table to sit and enjoy coffee or a cold drink with a great view of the lovely pool.
The flip side to the amazing location is that we are on the main road in Manuel Antonio which is busy, and traffic noise can be heard in the condo - as it can throughout the area. It’s mainly during the day when most visitors are out, enjoying all the fun and activities, but we want you to be aware.

Guests have full access to the courtyard, pool and BBQ area, as well as the stairs and walkway leading to our condo.
MONO TITI CONDOS GUIDELINES FOR
SECURITY, SAFETY & COMFORT
Mono Titi Condos is a small-scale, private residential property with a community of full and part-time owners and tenants. To preserve the enjoyment, peacefulness, safety and comfort of the property for all residents, our condo community endeavors to adhere to the following guidelines:
SECURITY & COMFORT
● A maximum of 4 guests allowed in each condo
● For the security of our residents, please ensure the front gate is closed and locked at all
times and do not share entrance information with any outsiders
● To avoid jamming the property’s gate lock please do not let the gate slam shut when
entering/exiting.
● Be thoughtful for the neighbors by keeping noise levels down in the common areas as
well as while moving around inside the condo unit. Quiet hours are: 10PM to 8AM
● Smoking is not permitted on the property
PARKING
● There is only 1 parking space allowed per condo. If you have 2 cars, 1 car must park elsewhere. Do not park your car on the curb across
● Titi Condos is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to a vehicle or personal belongings while on or near the property
FACILITIES - COMMON AREA & POOL
● Ensure that children under the age of 12 are accompanied by an adult at all times while at or around the pool and all children should be managed while on the property to ensure their safety and comfort of others
● No Glass or bottles near the pool. Plastic only.
● Pool cleaning: Vacate pool when Technician arrives to clean the pool (Cleaning hours
are anytime between 8:30AM & 11AM, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays)
● Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum while enjoying the pool and
common areas
● Do not remove furniture from the pool area and please leave pool and common areas
tidy
● Wash sand off before entering the pool. The pool is small and its system is delicate. The outdoor shower is located at the back of the property to the right of the BBQ area. Also, if using the hose, located beside the shower, turn it on/off at the spigot, otherwise water will continue to leak out of the sprayer.
● Do not shake sand off shoes or other articles onto tile walkways, over the balconies, into drain catchments or other common areas
● Do not hang towels or personal items on the railings in front of your condo unit
● Do not walk behind other condo units adjacent to the one you are staying in. Each unit is
a private residence.
● Please pick up suitcases while going up and down stairs to avoid damage to tiles
● Clean the BBQ after each use and ensure the BBQ/tank has been turned off
OTHER SAFETY
● Washer/Dryer: Do not leave the washing machine or dryer running if you will be away
from the condo unit.
● Turn off all other appliances and air conditioners when leaving the condo or property.
SANITATION: Toilets/Drains:
● Please do not throw any paper or personal hygiene items into the toilet. We are on a delicate septic system
● Do not rinse sand off in condo showers/sinks/washing machines and do not pour cooking grease down the sink drains. The drains will clog
GARBAGE DISPOSAL:
● Mono Titi Condos’ disposal area is located to the left of the condo property, adjacent to the main road. The disposal cupboard doors have open metal bars and there are bins
