The beach is calling… and so is the lake! At Pinnacle Paradise Between the Shores you don’t have to choose — enjoy both in one unforgettable location. This renovated retreat is perfectly situated with water views on all sides from the third floor. The kitchen is beautifully renovated with new cabinets, upscale appliances, modern finishes and fully stocked with everything you need for effortless meals or quick bites before heading out to the beach. The entire home features newer flooring and furnishings for a clean, comfortable and relaxing stay.

The main level has the living room, dining area, kitchen, half bath and laundry room. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and balcony overlooking peaceful Lake Powell making it a favorite spot for morning coffee or a quiet moment at the end of the day.

Upstairs, the Primary Bedroom includes a private balcony with stunning views of the Gulf and main pool to enjoy the area’s breathtaking sunsets. The ensuite bath, guest bedroom and guest bath are fully updated with new mattresses, linens, and bedding ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.

3 Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys, boogie boards and beach towels are already here waiting for you!

High Speed Wifi and Direct TV are provided with all three TVs having streaming options for plenty of ways to unwind after a day on the water. Parking is plentiful and access is smooth and easy with building elevator just steps from the condo.

Pinnacle Port is set within a stunning 26-acre gated beachfront community, perfectly situated between the Gulf and the tranquil Lake Powell. The resort is bordered by Camp Helen State Park, adding an extra layer of natural beauty, quiet shoreline, and preserved coastal landscape. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for our family. Great location, condo as pictured, clean, and comfortable! Beth was a great host, kindly and quickly responding to questions we had regarding our stay. She even provides beach chairs, an umbrella, and various beach toys! Would definitely choose to stay here again!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo is clean and comfortable. Its location is amazing as we were right on the beach. There’s ample space for everyone to sleep comfortably and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the owner. She is wonderful and always a text away if you need anything.

We had a really good time at Sunnyside. Location was great being right on the beach along with 2 clean pools! Grocery shopping is a short trip away.

We had a wonderful time during our PCB vacation. It was made even better because we stayed at Sandy Feet Retreat. It is a clean, beautifully renovated condo. We definitely want to stay at this lovely home again!

We had a great time staying here. The unit was clean and well-supplied. The convenience to the beach was unmatched. The beach was not too crowded, and the kids had room to play. The location was convenient to nearby restaurants and stores. This was a great place for our family to stay.

Great vacation spot

We had a wonderful time at Pinnacle Port. My only issue was having to get up at 5:30 am in order to get a good spot to set up on the beach. Those chair guys get out early!! I would recommend this unit... clean, great views and very convenient from the elevator.

Great Condo!

This condo had all that we needed for a relaxing stay at the beach. The accommodations were great and there were a lot of extras that we enjoyed including beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys for the kids and a cooler! Also, it was easy to communicate with the owner if we had questions. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

This property is exactly as listed and wonderful to stay in. Elizabeth was super nice and easy to work with. When we walked in, the condo smelled like lemon cleaning supplies and was immaculate! I could not be more pleased! We hope to stay in this condo again next year.

everything you need, right on the beach!

We had a lovely stay here over Christmas! Beth was an attentive and helpful host, even over the holiday, and her condo was comfortable, clean, with everything we needed (even toys for the kids to play with in the sand). We had a couple days of colder weather, but with the indoor pool, the kids never got bored, and we loved walking along the beach when it was too cold to swim (and some of us swam anyway!). I would 100% recommend booking this condo, and we hope to stay here again sometime~!

We live in central Alabama and have enjoyed visiting the PCB area for many years with a dream of owning a piece of the beach. Its a huge thrill to be able to offer a beautiful retreat space for our friends and family to enjoy and we hope you love it as much as we do!

Pinnacle Port offers the best of both worlds with the Gulf on one side and Lake Powell on the other. Its the perfect location near our favorite shops and restaurants but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of busier areas of the beach. We love all of the resort amenities and activities but also enjoy the serene moments on the sand or sitting lakeside on the swings.

Our condo has been fully renovated creating a comfortable and luxurious place to disconnect from day to day and reconnect to those around you.
