The property is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras for safety and compliance purposes; do not tamper with or disable any devices, and no audio is recorded inside the home. Pets are only allowed if accurately disclosed and approved in advance as part of the reservation; unauthorized pets are prohibited. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay, removal from the property without refund, and additional charges as permitted by platform policies and applicable law.
