The response time with the property host was really speedy.
Unfortunately, there were hairs in the bed, spiders, a broken/weak a/c unit (so hot I couldn't sleep), and the last straw was a GIANT COCKROACH that came from an inner wall and the bathroom.
I did not feel comfortable staying here the second night (I did stay one night) and in my pajamas jumped out of bed and left this place due to the above mentioned. I contacted the property management at the time of leaving and said I couldn't stay there. They told me to make sure windows and doors are closed - otherwise that is how bugs get in. I did not have any windows or doors open - other than the one I used to get inside.
I've asked for a partial refund since I did not stay there the second night - the property management company denied my request. I reached out to Vrbo who then said the property management company would reach out to me and I have yet to hear from them.
Since this place is the cost of a hotel, I would recommend getting a clean cockroach-less hotel instead.
