Un hermoso condominio a poca distancia de la playa!

Bienvenido a Júpiter, Florida y nuestro hermoso condominio, el Bella Beachcomber. Esta hermosa casa está idealmente ubicada en Júpiter, ¡a solo 6 minutos a pie por el parque hasta la playa!

¡Nos encanta Júpiter y todas las actividades divertidas para hacer al aire libre aquí! Después de muchos años de alquilar en Bella Vista on the Park (esta comunidad), finalmente compramos y arreglamos nuestro propio lugar. Nos encanta tener un pedazo de este paraíso y poder compartirlo contigo. La ubicación es perfecta: entre un excelente distrito comercial y la playa. A poca distancia de tiendas de comestibles, películas y restaurantes. ¡Realmente no puedes superar esta ubicación!

1) Este condominio y patio dan al parque Carlin, que es un hermoso espacio abierto y lo único entre usted y la playa.

2) Equipado con artículos de playa como sombrillas, fideos, tablas de surf, sillas y toallas.

3) Dos habitaciones: una con una cama king y otra con dos gemelos.

4) Dos baños completos en suite (uno con ducha y otro con bañera).

5) Pantallas planas en dormitorio principal y salón.

6) Televisión por cable y wifi.

7) Condominio familiar, la mayoría de los perros están permitidos (se aplican algunas restricciones).

8) Cocina totalmente equipada.

9) Nueva lavadora y secadora en la unidad.

10) Servicio de limpieza disponible bajo petición (e incluido con una estancia de 4 semanas o más).

11) El complejo cuenta con una linda piscina, canchas de tenis, racquetball, bochas y mucho estacionamiento.

12) Carlin Park es un hermoso parque del condado con un sendero de acondicionamiento físico de más de una milla de largo, canchas de tenis iluminadas, parques infantiles y un gran anfiteatro que tiene eventos públicos regulares.

Loved staying here!

It was exactly as the place was listed. It is in great proximity to things, including a walking path and beach. The owner included beach chairs and umbrellas, which were helpful. There is close parking. We had excellent communication with the owner. We had a snafu, and she handled it like a pro. We would stay here again.

A bit of paradise

Our third year in this lovely spot. And a newly renovated kitchen was an added plus. Cher is a wonderful and responsive host. Already looking forward to 2026!

Perfection in Jupiter

This was an absolutely stunning, newly refurbished, clean property right on Carlin Park in Jupiter. 10 minute walk to the public beach, grocery stores and shopping nearby, access to many golf courses. Cher provided much more than the essentials. It was very homey and comfortable. Beautifully maintained pool area.Truly could not have asked for more.Communication was easy but we had no problems whatsoever.

Perfect beach getaway!

The condo was exactly as listed and had everything we needed to enjoy a quick getaway at the beach! It was a easy walk through the park to the beautiful beach and they had everything we needed to enjoy our days on the sand and water!! All the comforts of home were included and it made our stay extra relaxing! We would definitely stay again!!

Beach Lover Excellent Location

This unit is a first-floor unit with plenty of space. The owner was very helpful. This location is within walking distance of the beach and has a nice pool. You are close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious, and all of the appliances, and AC worked well. We will come back in the future.

Winter Getaway

Our second long term stay and it was just as enjoyable as ever. Cher is a wonderful host and responds to all communication in a very timely manner. The unit is ideally located enabling visitors to walk to the beach, parks, and shopping. We plan to return in 2025!

Lovely condo overlooking Carlin Park. Short walk to ocean beach. Kitchen was well stocked as well as plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers.

Pros: The rental was very clean and nicely decorated with a beach theme. The property manager communicated via text message, which was convenient and not intrusive. There is a nice walking/exercise trail right behind the condo which was a nice amenity (I believe it's about 2 miles around). The condo was equipped with pretty much everything we needed: towels, beach chairs, umbrella, paper goods, washer/dryer, etc. The beach (Jupiter Beach Park) was within walking distance right from the trail which I took advantage of every morning for exercise (about a 20 minute walk one way). You can also keep walking to the end of Dubois Park which is a few minutes more and has views of the light house. The unit is also well located for shopping and restaurants. You definitely do need a car however, and the unit has a parking spot right in front. Cons: Even though I liked the condo unit overall I still need to point out a few things... The shower in the bedroom with the twin beds did not work. When you turn the handle it just goes around and around and there was no water coming out of the shower head. I looked around for a water valve to see if it was turned off but could not find one. Since I was there with my 83 year old mother, it was OK for us to share a shower in the bedroom I was using but others may find it very inconvenient not to have their own shower. In all fairness, I did not contact the owner regarding this issue as my mom and I were making due and when I did tell him about it on the last day he told me he would have sent someone out to look at it. The shower in the room with the queen bed did work, however, the pipes made a very loud clanging sound which was annoying and you have to fiddle with the handle to make it stop. Not a deal breaker but annoying. The runners on the porch screen were very rusty and could not slide it back and forth since it kept falling off the track every time you tried to move it. The TV in the room with the queen bed only had 1 channel, I may have pushed the wrong button on the remote but for the life of me I could not get any other channel and I tried everything. Again, I did not bother the property owner with this as I was not desperate to watch TV but someone else may have issue. Perhaps some instructions on what settings the remotes should be set on would be helpful information in the binder the property owners left. Overall, I did like the property as there were more pros than cons. I would recommend it.

Great Jupiter location!

Every went smoothly. We were familiar with the area so felt very comfortable. Being east of the drawbridge is so nice - walking distance to a beautiful beach, restaurant on site and park just outside your door. The unit is as advertised. Cher was responsive and helpful. Hope to visit again in the future.

Beautiful location!

The condo is in a perfect location, close to the beaches and restaurants and shopping. Loved Carlin Park and the walking paths right outside the back door. The condo itself is cutely decorated and clean and plenty of bedding and towels and just about everything you need. Ceiling fan in the master bedroom wasn’t working and the drain in the guest bath shower was a little clogged. Other than that it was perfect!! Would definitely stay there if we’re ever in Jupiter again!

Spring 2022 in Bella Vista Property / Jupiter Florida

If your kids are slightly older it's that much easier to walk to the beach, pool, etc., so if you're bringing infants or toddlers, it will work as well, just think about the logistics to get them to the beach or pool. Stroller and/or wagon could work pending its design, or you could always resort to the <2 min drive to the beach or pool parking lot.

As advertised, great location!

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Bella Vista condo. The location is ideal as the property backs up to a park and is walking distance to the beach and a short drive to all that Jupiter’s best bars and restaurants. Booking/check in was very easy.

Great location on the park

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here; great location on the park and a walk across the park and street to the beach. Convenient to nice restaurants and a beautiful beach.

We love the location of our neighborhood the most. We can walk to the beautiful beach, enjoy a swim in our neighborhood pool, or take a walk around Carlin park. We are close by several great restaurants and shops. Our neighborhood is the best!
