Living spaces

The main floor sets a relaxed, welcoming tone. A comfortable living room with TV flows into a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, giving the group a natural place to gather before a day out or wind down after one. Step outside through the living room and you're on the screened patio and balcony - your own private pool area with outdoor seating and a half bathroom, so swim time stays uninterrupted. Air conditioning runs throughout, and a dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests across seven beds. On the first floor, a queen bedroom sits beside a shared full bathroom - ideal for guests who prefer to stay off the stairs. Upstairs, four themed bedrooms make the sleeping arrangements part of the experience: a Toy Story bunk bed room, a Mickey Mouse twin room, a Disney castle-themed queen room with its own TV, and a serene king master suite with an en-suite bathroom. Two additional shared bathrooms upstairs serve the remaining bedrooms comfortably.

 

Entertainment loft

Halfway between the theme parks and bedtime, the upstairs loft earns its keep. A second living area houses a TV, Xbox, and arcade machine - the kind of setup that gives kids (and adults) a reason to put the park maps down for an evening.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooking: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Whether it's a quick breakfast before the parks or a proper sit-down dinner, the dining table gives everyone a spot at the table.

 

Bathrooms

Four and a half bathrooms across the home keep mornings moving. The master en-suite, two upstairs shared bathrooms, a first-floor shared bathroom, and the outdoor half bath off the pool area mean no queues no matter the group size. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hot water. A bathtub, hair dryer, and shower gel are also available.

 

Resort amenities

As a Solterra Resort guest, your stay includes access to the resort's shared amenities: a lazy river, expansive swimming pools, a fitness center, playgrounds, sports facilities, and a clubhouse. Please note a one-time Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee is charged at the clubhouse front desk at check-in: $35 for 1-12 guests. At check-in, the primary guest will need to present reservation details (property address, check-in/check-out dates, guest count), a matching photo ID, and license plate information for your primary vehicle. Slide riders must be at least 48 inches tall, ride feet first, and no tandem riding is permitted - resort staff check heights at the pool gate.

 

Location

Solterra Resort sits in Davenport, with Walt Disney World roughly 20-25 minutes away, Epcot and Disney Springs around 25-30 minutes, Universal Orlando and Volcano Bay approximately 30-35 minutes, and SeaWorld about 25-30 minutes. Orlando International Airport is approximately 35-45 minutes away.

 

Practical details

The home has a washer and dryer, free on-premises parking, room-darkening shades, iron, extra pillows and blankets, a Pack 'n Play/travel crib, a first aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival easy. Check-in is from 4:00 PM; checkout by 10:00 AM. Initial supplies are provided - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed.
