The Space:

Welcome to your private retreat in Solterra Resort, a luxurious and family-friendly community in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s world-famous attractions. On the first floor, the home features a welcoming entrance, a queen bedroom, and a shared full bathroom, ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs. The fully equipped kitchen opens into a dining area and a comfortable living room with TV. The screened lanai includes a private pool, outdoor seating, and a convenient half bathroom.



Upstairs, a second living room serves as an entertainment hub with a TV, Xbox, and arcade machine. Four bedrooms include a Toy Story-themed bunk bed room, a Mickey Mouse twin room, a Disney castle-themed queen room with its own TV, and a serene king master suite with an en-suite bathroom. Two additional shared bathrooms upstairs ensure comfort for all guests. Designed to combine fun, comfort, and convenience, this home offers everything families need for an unforgettable getaway.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Resort has a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee – One-time fee per house per reservation: 1-12 Guests- $35. 13+ Guests- $45. Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.

SLIDE RULES:

The rider must be at least 48 inches tall. Slide riders must go down slide feet first. No tandem riding. Solterra staff will be checking guests’ height at the front pool gate moving forward. Please note that the drive times provided are estimates and can vary depending on traffic and the route chosen.



We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.



Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.





Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.
