Escape to your own tropical hideaway in Miami! This private boho-chic home sits on a lush ½ acre with a pool, jacuzzi, hammocks, and even a treehouse. 3 stylish bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchen. Chill, play, or sail away on our optional catamaran adventure! 13 mins to the beach, close to everything, but feels like a private resort.
Heads-Up: Local Wildlife! This tropical paradise is home to friendly raccoons, iguanas, foxes, parrots, and squirrels.
They’re adorable, but please don’t feed them! Keep food sealed and garage doors closed at night to avoid curious visitors.
You may also meet our friendly outdoor cats: Kale and Princess. Both stay mostly outside; guests can feed them if they wish. The house remains comfortable for guests with allergies.
Pool Area:
Guests can enjoy access to the refreshing pool during their stay. Please note that the use of the Pool Guard safety device is strongly recommended when children are on the property to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

➤ Please note that some belongings are securely stored in taped closets and the garage. Other than that, guests have full access to the entire property and all its amenities. Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay!

The Village of Biscayne Park is in a quaint, friendly neighborhood established in the 1930s, definitely a hidden gem with about 5000 residents. It is also a real bird sanctuary.
People who choose to live here care for their homes, their neighbors, and their trees. The focus is on nature, close to everything, yet it is like being on a far, faraway tropical land. The lots are very large (1/2 acre), and walks and bike rides are so peaceful in the wide streets shaded with oaks, mango, and banyan trees.

Although a car is recommended, the bus is a block away. Bakery (best of Miami), convenience store, and grocery store within walking distance. Plus, Lyft and Uber, of course, are available 24/7.
The location of this home makes it easy and fast to get anywhere you wish to go.

Shopping is very convenient at nearby malls such as Aventura, Bal Harbor, and Midtown. Walgreens, CVS, restaurants, and stores are within walking distance.
➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so I can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am, and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
9. Please keep all doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is on. Leaving them open can cause condensation that may damage the wood flooring, and repair costs may apply if damage occurs.
