The condo had so much space for the six of us to be there comfortably. It was very conveniently located and easy to access the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella for use on the beach.

We had an amazing stay here for our 5-day spring break trip! The condo was perfect for our group of 8 and had plenty of space for everyone. Everything was extremely clean when we arrived, which made us feel comfortable right away.Our flight actually arrived several hours before check-in, and the host was incredibly accommodating. They kindly allowed us to store our bags for a small 10 fee and let us use the pool and property amenities while we waited, which made our travel day so much easier.The location couldn’t have been better — the beach was just across the street, so it was super convenient to walk over anytime we wanted. We also loved the pool and spent a lot of time relaxing there during the trip.The host was very responsive and made both check-in and check-out simple and smooth. They even allowed us to check in about 30 minutes early once the unit was ready. When we arrived, one of the showers had a small issue, but the host responded within minutes and maintenance fixed it very quickly.Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely recommend this property. The view was breathtaking — perfect for morning coffee and sunset pictures. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Had to recover from surgery in Miami. Great location, easy access to and from appointments, close to food and pharmacies. Very comfortable for me and family in the condo, plenty of rooms and space. Would stay again.

Leaky shower and shower would not drain. Whole place smells like mildew! Stains on the pillows/bedding. Sofa is dirty! Overall disappointing place!! Not as advertised

Awesome views - lovely views

The apartment is on the 16th floor and the views are amazing. The directions to the condo were quite good and the property manger was very communicative. We were a bit surprised that the 3rd bedroom was as small as it was. The furniture and decorations are modern and in good shape but the bathrooms are a bit tired and there was some water damage to the walls, especially in the master bath. The only flaw with the place is the location of the garage parking space.It is very difficult to find and there is very little signage. The trickiest part is finding your way back to the building after you park. Overall, it’s a nice apartment with excellent views from the balconies!

Great beach and condo

The location was great. Short walk to the beach. Great balcony views of the city, the pool, and the water canals. The condo was nice with a view minor exceptions. The door had been broken at some point and the repair was terrible. The door to go outside on the balcony stuck. And the elevator to take you to the garage area was messed up and although we didn’t get stuck in it, we were scared. The door wouldn’t close on it. This condo is on the 16th floor. The property manager was easily accessible via text and prompt. There was a moldy smell, especially in the area where the beach chairs were kept. Overall, we had a fantastic stay there. If your planning to vacation and drink in Florida - bring lots of money or drink in your condo! Also, you will need to use an Uber or door dash, or rent a car like we did as nothing is super close by. Great place. Would recommend

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area was great. Very convenient for where we needed to be. South beach is literally a 20 minute drive on 1 street. Mall is 5 minutes away. Beach is across the street. The room was great. Very spacious for the 7 people we had staying there. A lot of closet space. Fully stocked kitchen. The bed sheets were dirty upon arrival. However, this is a rental area for vacations but people live there as well so they want you to keep quiet after 10pm. I’m on vacation and I like to enjoy myself so having a curfew is like pointless to vacation. The pool closes very early. You need to have a key on you at all time to access anything in the building. They have a store, a breakfast shop & a barber shop which is cool. Staff is great. Place would be better for more family vacations rather than a group of friends. Lastly the manager was actually extremely rude and impatient as well.

The check in host was super helpful in assisting in the check in and answering any questions about the property. All the basics were provided and the view from the balcony is awesome.

Great Location

The unit was spacious enough for me, my husband and five kids. It is literally across the street from the beach. The check in process was easy. It was a little tricky understanding where the garage was, but after doing it once it was fine. The unit is nice, they could use some freshening up in the bathrooms, and a new cleaning lady. We walked in and you could tell the cleaning crew or person did not spend much time. We bought a lot of cleaning supplies and paper towels and everything that I thought would be there. Overall, we had a blast and would recommend it to another large family.
