We rented this condo for a quick weekend stay in Tallahassee for the Savannah Bananas game at FSU. Perfect location, close to the campus and stadium as well as easy access to I10. The condo was very well stocked especially in the kitchen. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids without feeling like we were on top of each other. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. The host is very responsive and although we didn't encounter any issues, I'm confident they would have been taken care of quickly if we did. A few recommendations we have to improve the unit - 1) The stove should be upgraded/replaced. The oven door falls to the floor and the stove is an old electric coil stove. 2) The AC thermostat didn't work for us and seemed to be stuck on a certain temperature. It didn't bother us too much as the weather was cooler outside the days we stayed but could see this being an issue with warmer weather in the area. 3) Buy ice for drinks. The ice maker in the freezer is pretty slow to generate. 5) The only coffee maker in the unit is for regular ground coffee. So if you bring or buy K-cups, they won't work unless you empty the grounds into the filters. As you can see, these are all very minor suggestions and overall we enjoyed our stay very much! We appreciate the pancake mix, syrup, and popcorn snacks left by the host! If we were to return to the Tallahassee area, we would consider staying here again! Thank you for your hospitality!
