Unwind in the covered hot tub, roast marshmallows by the fire pit, or fire up the grill for an evening meal under the trees. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy king bed, Roku TV and a coffee bar stocked for your mornings.



You’re just 10–15 minutes from Old Man’s Cave, Ash Cave, and other top Hocking Hills attractions; making it the perfect home base for hiking, sightseeing or simply recharging in nature.



Security & Surveillance

This property has exterior security cameras only. There are no cameras or recording devices of any kind inside the home.

No camera covers the hot tub area.

These cameras are used for security and are not monitored continuously.



BBQ Grill

A grill and propane tank are provided. Propane is self-service and tank levels are not guaranteed. If the tank runs out, you may exchange it at a nearby gas station.



House Rules

Full house rules are provided with your booking confirmation and must be acknowledged before check-in. Key items: total people on site including daytime visitors may not exceed the property's maximum occupancy. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Mattress and pillow protectors must not be removed; a missing or damaged protector is charged at replacement cost, and staining is charged at professional cleaning cost. Park in designated areas only, never on grass or blocking access. Company and crew bookings must name an adult staying on site.
