Location perks: Steps off Harrison Blvd. Just north on Harrison Boulevard is Bluffside Provisions & Butchery, O'Michael's Pub and Grill, Highlands Hollow Pub and Grill, three ski rental shops on Bogus Basin Road just north of Hill Road, and a bike rental shop. Want more dining choices? Head to Hyde Park with its many shops and restaurants. There’s also a Jackson’s for gas, with the reputation for selling the most wine of any Jackson’s store anywhere! (Second bottle is half off, folks!) Only 10 minutes by car to downtown, 20 to the airport, and walkable to Camel’s Back Park and Hulls Gulch.

This cute house buit in 1921, was purchased by an owner in France, with roots in Boise. He has been slowly remodeling it when he visits. I love this house, it has a cabin type vibe, and is in a great location.
