Welcome to Mermaid Manor — a tranquil retreat on beautiful Anna Maria Island. This inviting duplex home is the ideal spot for couples, families, or friends looking to enjoy the island’s sun-soaked charm and relaxed pace.

Each level of the duplex are full floor units (lower and upper level units). The Mermaid Manor is the lower level unit. There is a shared foyer for both units with a separate elevator to access Mermaid Manor and Flirty Flamingo directly. Each unit has its own private balconies, garage, and rec room space. The units share the pool, barbecue and backyard area.


The entire home has been freshly painted, the open concept living and kitchen area is a welcoming space to gather and unwind. Enjoy your favorite drink, share a movie night, or step outside to the private patio of the dining, area where you can enjoy the patio table.


Inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a large ensuite and private balcony to enjoy sunsets. The second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed.

Out back, sets the tone for easy island days— enjoy the shared pool or relax while grilling on the gas barbecue. There is plenty of seating the pool gets some shade when you need a break from the sun! Each unit has their own rec room off the pool area to play games.

This home includes complimentary WIFI, a washer and dryer, and all the thoughtful extras that make a beach stay easy—towels, chairs, cooler and a beach wagon—so you can pack light and play more. There’s parking for two cars, and you’ll be just a quick walk to the beautiful beaches of the island!

Traveling with family or friends? The upper duplex, Flirty Flamingo can also be rented, allowing your group to stay close while enjoying the comfort and privacy of separate spaces.
