8. A security deposit of £200 will be collected (as part of our security procedures) prior to check-in to ensure there are no damages or violations of house rules during the stay. Guests will also undergo a verification process once they book and secure the place, during which a valid ID will be required. We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and maintain its condition throughout their stay. The security deposit is fully refundable within 5-7 business days following check-out, provided no issues are identified. By proceeding with your booking, you are accepting our security policy, and we will get in touch to confirm your details.
Exclusive Add-ons:
1. We offer housekeeping services with change of linen on additional fee for short stays
2. We offer early check-ins and late check-out on additional fee and subject to availability fort short stays
