The host, Brenda, at Bear Creek Property was surly, rude and unresponsive. We were not given a door code before arrival and waited in the cold and dark for 45 minutes with my elderly parents before being able to get in. After we got in we discovered there was no Wi-Fi, internet or working TVs. We initially spent several hours trying to fix the problems ourselves. (It took almost 2 days to get everything up and working!! And we had to rearrange our schedules to be available for the technicians!!) We missed the last night of the Olympics. My husband missed a day with family because he volunteered to stay at the house and wait for the technicians to fix all the issues. There were inadequate and subpar towels, no wash clothes and no extra pillows with cases. There was one small sponge (cut in half) for the kitchen which we found in the downstairs bar. There was a large vase of dead flowers on the kitchen island. We would not have minded most of this if a professional and responsive host had been available to us but that was not the case. I could go on and on but there is not enough room.
