The KeyHouse Villa is a warm and thoughtfully curated boutique retreat minutes from downtown Waxhaw. Elevated textiles, hotel-quality bedding, upgraded kitchen touches and a curated coffee bar create a refined and relaxing stay. Enjoy the fenced front yard, outdoor fireplace, turf area for game play and quiet country surroundings with easy access to local dining and shops. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times throughout your stay.
Guests enjoy full privacy during their stay. I am available through the booking app’s messaging system for anything you need and happy to assist if questions arise.
The KeyHouse Villa sits in a peaceful, semi-rural neighborhood just minutes from historic downtown Waxhaw. Expect a friendly, relaxed community with the natural sounds of everyday country living. Many guests choose this location to be close to family and to enjoy the charming small-town feel paired with convenient access to local shops, cafés and several parks.
Guests enjoy full, private access to the home and outdoor spaces. Entry is through a smart digital lock and your personalized code will be shared within 24 hours of arrival but not before all confirmations are complete. A simple manual gate is located at the end of the driveway and the area is lighted for visibility—however, guests should take special care when driving in and out. The driveway accommodates two vehicles for convenient on-site parking.
The KeyHouse Villa offers a warm, curated layout designed for comfort and style. The primary suite features a king-size bed with an adjustable base and massage setting, a cozy corner sofa that converts to a true single bed with a memory-foam mattress and a flexible desk/vanity area with a lighted makeup mirror. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, chaise lounge and a matching desk/vanity setup with a lighted mirror. This room has convenient access to the second full bathroom across the hall.
The kitchen is beautifully equipped with major appliances and thoughtful amenities, including a Keurig® Duo, Fellow® pour-over set, grinder and a sampling of locally roasted beans. Cookware, dishes, mugs, utensils, baking items and everyday essentials are fully stocked. A stacked laundry unit is tucked into the kitchen for guest use.
Gather around the oversized kitchen island, which seats four on swivel counter-height stools or enjoy coffee at the small dining table set near the front window. Each bedroom and the living room includes a smart TV and a portable Marshall® Bluetooth speaker is available for personal listening.
Step outside to a fully fenced and gated yard with a firepit, patio dining for four, shaded lounge seating and an artificial turf area with bocce ball and cornhole for relaxed outdoor play.

A personal vehicle is recommended for your stay, as rideshare availability in the area can be limited once you arrive. Guests typically have no trouble securing transportation from Charlotte Douglas International Airport or Uptown Charlotte to the home but day-to-day travel is easiest with your own vehicle. Downtown Waxhaw is just a short drive away and the driveway accommodates two cars for convenient on-site parking.
