✹ PARKING: Ample parking is available for up to 6-8 vehicles in the large driveway. Vehicle information is required. Any changes must be submitted at least 5 days before check-in.
Surfaces may be slippery when icy/wet. Salt/Shovels are provided at the home for use throughout your stay. (Winter Season)

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the lower level hallway.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: Mountain Whisper is part of the Towamensing Trails community. 8 Wristbands are valid for your entire stay and provide access to:

Other things to note
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ NATURE & WILDLIFE: Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters such as squirrels, chipmunks, deer, racoon & insects (ants, mosquitoes, spiders, ect). Rest assured, we have regular cleanings and comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters; however, bug spray is recommended if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas.

✹ GRILL: We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank from the Dollar General

✹ HOT TUB NOTICE – Please Read - We strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone.

✹ CREDIT CARD HOLD: There is a credit card hold of $500 collected 2 days prior to arrival & released within 7 days of departure

✹ HOA REQUIREMENTS & FEES:

✔ Rental forms are required by our HOA and must be completed at least 72 hours prior to your stay. Includes 8 wristbands (maximum allowed). Up to 8 Additional wristbands can be purchased at a cost of $10 per day per person. Children 5 year and under are free.

Please note: These are community-required fees set by Towamensing Trails to help cover the costs of operating and maintaining the community’s amenities and facilities.There are fines associated with lost wrist bands.

✹ OPTIONAL ADD-ONS (ADDITIONAL FEES) - We keep things flexible so you only pay for what you need. Here are a few common extras:
✔ Early Check-In /Late Check-Out: $25/hr up to 2 hours only

✹ HOUSE RULES & POTENTIAL PENALITIES - To keep everyone happy (and to respect our neighbors), please take note:
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 7 AM
- Noise Complaints: Excessive noise/music
- No Fireworks: Strictly prohibited | Violation
- No Parties or Unauthorized Guests
- No Smoking Indoors or Near Entryways/Dome on deck: Smoking is only allowed 25 feet from the property
- No Trash onsite - Please ensure registered vehicle with passes is going to Trash disposal site.
