Our favorite rental yet for our annual cabin weekend! Spacious, comfortable mattresses, all the amenities provided, and clean!! The hot tub did not get hot and a technician was unable to come out to support us, but the hosts were apologetic and available to try to troubleshoot. Hopefully it’s working when we return next year!

Weekend Get Away

From booking to check in to check out, everything was great. Customer service was excellent, home nice and cozy with a lot of supplies provided. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend for a family and friends get away!

Soon after 4:00 check-in it was discovered that the house did not have hot water. After and exhausting series of numbers/ texts and voicemails I was able to get in touch with the home maintenance person who informed me that they weren’t able to get there until the following day. Half the guests were leaving the next day and did so without ever using the shower. Totally unacceptable.

Beautiful Home

Home was immaculate. Beautifully decorated and very cozy. Kitchen amenities were amazing. Spacious with enough beds for our very large group.

Great vacation home!

The property was beautiful, very fresh and new, very clean and lots of attention to cleanliness details. (Whoever is in charge of cleaning this home deserves a pat on the back because it truly was spotless.) It was very comfortable and relaxing. Unlike most rentals, there was an abundance of extra towels, lots of glassware, and even complimentary shampoo and conditioner

The home itself is absolutely beautiful, with an airy cabin feel that made it perfect for a relaxing ladies weekend. The space was inviting, well-decorated, and had a great overall atmosphere.Unfortunately, we experienced several significant issues during our stay that took away from the experience. When we arrived, the heat was not working and we had to wait for a serviceman to come out and fix it. The hot water was also inconsistent, and a few guests had to take ice-cold showers, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the hot tub never heated up properly—I waited about an hour for the temperature to rise, but it stayed at 67 degrees and was unusable.While the home itself is lovely, these major issues made our stay far less enjoyable than expected.

Property was clean and appeared to be a newer build. Decor and colors very homey. The rooms and bathroom layout worked really well for our larger family - breaking up space for family units/couples. Location to the beach and pool were great - easily walkable! Everyone we encountered was friendly and willing to share local recommendations.The 4 star rating and feedback shared following are items that the property management could easily address for future renters and is my intent for sharing. Easy fixes that would make this a 5/5.The house does not have central air. Only 4 of the 6 bedrooms have split units, and unfortunately both units were not working properly. Property management did send maintenance and installed window units in the other bedrooms during our stay. One of the split units worked briefly following maintenance, but then did not work by end of our stay. Common areas had splits and those seemed to be working as expected. Summer renters/hot weather should be aware.Minor items - a broken glass chandelier cover, broken dining room chair, cracked picnic table, broken pool cue stick, bedding on two beds worn/holes, missing wheel on dishwasher tray, washer didn’t always spin out on every wash cycle. The hot tub prep was not complete until 8:30pm on check in day.

This home had a lot going for it — a clean, newer build with warm, homey decor and a layout that worked beautifully for splitting a larger family into comfortable spaces. Being easily walkable to both the beach and pool is a real plus, and it's wonderful that everyone you met was so friendly with local recommendations. Thank you for taking the time to lay out the cooling issues and the list of smaller fixes so thoroughly; that kind of detailed, constructive feedback is genuinely useful, and we've shared all of it with our team so these items can be addressed for future guests. Recent stay

Awesome house but never in a million years would I expect a house in the woods to not allow an outside campfire. For that reason I wouldn’t stay again. Also the internet was bad for a large group. Kept getting kicked off and there was a limit to number of people allowed on- that made doing some work meetings impossible. Fireplace was not easy to get on
