Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire duplex, garage, driveway, private hot tub (in hot tub room off foyer), grill, and in-unit laundry. All amenities are private. Amenities also can include: mountain biking, hiking, playgrounds, Golf, Ice Skating, Horseback Riding, Sledding, Tennis, Pickleball, White water rafting, Golf course views, Mountain views. The wood burning fireplace is unavailable.



The Neighborhood:

This Duplex is is located on the second fairway of the Eagle Vail Golf Course, just minutes from Beaver Creek and a quick drive to Vail. It’s an ideal home base for mountain adventures in every season. Winter guests enjoy quick access to top-tier skiing and snowboarding, while summer visitors can hike scenic trails or relax at Nottingham Lake. The nearby Avon Rec Center offers pools and fitness facilities year-round.



Getting Around:

While a car is recommended for maximum flexibility, guests can also access the local ECO Transit bus for routes to Beaver Creek, Vail, and more. Ride-share services operate in the area, and the town is walkable to some shops and restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.

Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
