Nestled in a classic 1926 brick boutique 5-unit building just steps from Lake Union, this bright and beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment spans a generous ~1,076 sq ft of space and invites you to enjoy both charm and modern comfort!

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by soaring oversized windows that flood the open layout with natural light, highlighting gleaming original 1926 white oak wood floors and a mix of original architectural touches and thoughtful remodels.
The living area includes comfortable seating that will become a high quality queen sleeper sofa setup in ~February. It's the perfect place for Saturday morning binge watching your favorite apps on your 65" OLED tv with 4K AppleTV. There is an A/C unit if needed.
The living room flows effortlessly into the dining/office with a fully outfitted work from home setup, including sit/stand desk, universal dock, dual 27" external 4K monitors, webcam, and printer. This is where you will also find the wine fridge and bar (tools, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, rocks glasses).
Next, you'll find the remodeled kitchen completely decked out with all that you could need including a Super-automatic Jura Espresso Maker, induction cooktop,
Dual-oven with convection, instant filtered hot water, cast iron skillet, and gadgets galore including Instant Pot, air fryer, Ninja blender, plenty of bowls, bakeware and dishes , utensils, etc.. The Samsung refrigerator has a beverage drawer, a quick reach section, and the ice maker bins have two different sizes for your drink preference.
