Beautiful garden ground level apartment with an abundance of natural light, large windows throughout, private entry, two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, writing desk, walk-in closet, 65" HDTV and one full bathroom with hair dryer, washer/dryer, large 1200+ sq ft., sleeps up to 6 guests.
EXPAND YOUR LODGING: 1) Optional Studio Cottage with kitchenette, 800 sq ft, sleeps up to 4+ guests (see Listing #1425944). 2) Optional Main House with a full kitchen, separate entry and washer/dryer, 3200 sq. ft. (see Listing #1040583).

MAPLE LEAF PARK & RESERVOIR About an easy 10 minutes stroll down the street, the Maple Leaf reservoir was completed in 1910 with the purpose of creating a reservoir for residential and commercial water use. In 2009 the city began plans to move the reservoir underground. This was part of a city wide plan to replace all open reservoirs with underground structures in order to improve the quality and security of the water supply and provide new public open spaces on reservoir lids throughout Seattle. In 2013 the 16-acre park was completed.

This is a very nice 2-bedroom apartment on the basement level of a home. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with nice amenities. The host was very responsive to needs and I would recommend to anyone needing 2 rooms as a convenient place to stay in north Seattle.

It's quiet yet close to everything fun! Where the mountains and sea and lakes meet. Just a few minutes north of Green Lake, a fun residential treelined neighborhood with local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops--and just minutes to the Mall, University of Washington and UW Medical Center as well as an easy zip to Downtown by car or by light rail.
