¡Bienvenido al paraiso! Esta hermosa tres dormitorios, dos y medio baño final unidad de condominio capacidad para 6 personas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con acceso directo a la terraza frente al mar. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y el tercero con dos camas individuales. Nuevos televisores de pantalla plana de alta definición de marca en la sala de estar, el maestro y la reina de invitados! Cocina gourmet tiene encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una gran selección de utensilios de cocina y utensilios. Plan de piso abierto con barra de bar y comedor formal. Disfrute de su café de la mañana o un cóctel por la tarde con la suave brisa del mar en la maravillosa malla en balcón frente al mar. Esta unidad es el modelo para todos Bay Harbour y está decorado y amueblado profesionalmente.

El condominio incluye ropa de cama y está equipada con una lavadora y secadora. También se incluye el uso de un deslizamiento barco de 50 pies en un puerto protegido con la profundidad de control de cuatro pies. La gran malla en balcón se ve directamente en el boleto de barco. Hay acceso a la bahía inmediata y acceso al océano rápido a través de Canal Dos y Canal Cinco puentes. Estaciones de limpieza de pescado, corriente de tierra y de agua también están en las gradas. Un puerto deportivo se encuentra a través del puerto con el gas, el diesel y el cebo.

Bay Harbour welcome

Bay Harbour is an exceptionally welcoming community! The owners gave us wonderful suggestions for where to eat and what to do. They helped online with every step in the process. The 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo is beautiful and spacious, with a lovely, large screened-in porch on which we watched the sunrise every morning. The warm, heated pool is perfect. You feel like you're part of a small community of kind, friendly people, very different from a crowded, busy resort. Easy boat rentals with your own slip, great views and vibes. We had a terrific time! The only downside is that you have to drive a ways to find good swimming beaches. Islamorada isn't known for its soft sandy beaches but it's a beautiful string of islands in the heart of the sunny Keys. Highly recommended!

Perfection in Islamorada

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The condo is lovely with plenty of space, and the amenities were better than expected. The pool, fitness room, and tennis/pickle ball courts were wonderful and kept us busy in between fishing and exploring. The kids were also able to fish off the dock, where we saw so many fish and even a manatee on our first day! The location was also fantastic and was central to most places we went. The deck was great with a lovely view as well. We would definitely stay here again...the kids are already asking when we can return!

Greatest vacation

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We have 4 teenagers and the place had tons of room and was just beautiful! It was amazing hopping out of bed and into our boat that had a slip. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or vacation.

Fabulous Condo!

Condo was perfect for our family of 6! Rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfy. We were able to spend a lot of quality time as a family. The kitchen was very stocked with dishes, cookware and even much needed spices and condiments. The pool was cool which was very refreshing after an extremely hot day on the boat. Our 28ft center console fit perfectly in the slip which is just outside the condo. There were nice fish cleaning stations by the slip along with two grills by the pool. We used the grills multiple times cooking lobster, hamburgers and steaks. The location of the condo was perfect as well. We love Islamorada and being close to the shopping and restaurants. There are nice tennis courts and a pickleball set we were able to use several nights during our stay. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The owners, Christy and Eric, were always available by email or next if we needed them. They were a pleasure to deal with and we really loved our stay at their beautiful condo!

Perfect Islamorada Location

We spent a week fishing and snorkeling in Islamorada, the condo was perfectly located for easy access to the Atlantic and the Gulf. Pleasantly pleased with all aspects of the property, quite, convenient to marina for gas and slip right out front. The condo has a well anointed kitchen. I have stayed in quite a few places at Islamorada and this is the best yet.

Amazing condo!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail. The condo was decorated beautifully and there were plenty of extra back and pool equipment to use. The condo manager Bob and owner Christy were very helpful and attentive. We had an issue with the cable but between Bob and Christy they had it fixed within an hour. The dock was well maintained and although we didn’t use it, the kids enjoyed watching the assortment of fish swimming around it.

Beautiful, roomy condo for family vacation near Islamorada

This condo is beautifully decorated, very large, all on 1st level above garage parking. There were plenty of linens, cookware, spices, beach & pool accessories, and kid friendly for our 2 yr old & 9 month old grandchildren & parents. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub every evening, and the fitness center was extremely nice. It was very convenient to have a boat slip in front of the condo. The slip is designed for a much larger boat than our 20 ft deck boat. We figured out a 3 point rope tie up that worked for us, but getting on & off the boat from the dock was tricky with young children. Christy & her husband were very responsive & great hosts. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo.

Accurate listing but pay attention to details

Over all we had a great stay and the property is very lovely. The owner is a pleasure and never missed a beat. We were able to check in early which helped us a lot, and when communicated with owner regarding issues with unit (cleanliness, cracked/loose floor tiles, patio furniture very well worn) she was immediately very apologetic and communicative. We even were comped dinner at the IFC, which was super thoughtful and much appreciated. Other problems were overlooked by us and pertained mostly to VRBO listing a 2.5 bath under a 3 bath search, not with the owner/property. Somehow we missed that there weren’t 3 full bathrooms. Also, one of the second bedrooms (room with twin beds) had no night tables, or TV. The master bedroom also had no closet to hang clothes, just a linen closet with shelving. When you read the description these items aren’t listed, so nothing was misrepresented, overlooking these things was our fault, so just an FYI. If you’re looking for a place to hang with the fellas, drop your bags and get out on your boat, this property will be more than enough. Sadly our family trip had extra needs so this unit didn’t quite meet all of our expectations. Traffic can also be an issues due to lots of road construction in Isla Marada, also nothing the owner can do, just another FYI vs other places we’ve stayed in the Keys.

Best of Both Worlds

I was able to dock my flats fishing boat and fish within minutes of launching. Our spouses were able to get to Islamorada within minutes for shopping and spa treatments. Lower Matecumbe Key was the perfect spot to vacation without feeling like a tourist.

Bay Harbour Condo

We have been coming to the Keys for sport dive for over 40 years and this was one of the nicest condo and condo complexes where we have stayed. The condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained and the grounds are immaculate. The check-in process is very simple and information you need for the complex is clearly spelled out. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect location for family fishing trip!

Our family has been coming to Islamorada for the past few summers now for our annual fishing trip. We have stayed in a smaller two bedroom unit in Bay Harbour and have loved the location. Since our sons are older now, ages 19 and 16, we wanted to stay in a larger three bedroom unit with more space. This condo unit has it all! Before our trip even began, we had something unexpected arise. We reached out to Christy and Eric. They were wonderful! They were able to adjust our dates and allowed us to check in early since we arrived sooner that day. The condo has a great layout and the kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious. There is also a large screened patio that is perfect for watching the sun rise or watch boats come and go. It was the perfect home away from home. The location, in our opinion, is second to none! Bay Harbour is a well-maintained condominium complex that is gated with great amenities. It also happens to be away from the congested portion of Islamorada, making it quite peaceful. We were able to enjoy the community pool pretty much to ourselves. There are two Weber grills at the clubhouse we used to grill our catches of the day. What also makes this location great is the boat slip. The designated slip can be easily seen from the unit and was easy to navigate for our 28 ft. boat. Larger boats would have no problem with this slip. It is important to note that where this slip is, it is far easier to navigate than the Bay Harbour slips around the corner. This makes a world of a difference! Just across the way (less than a 5 minute ride), you can get bait, ice, and fuel up before heading out the canal to the open water. Eric and Christy were wonderful hosts! We really appreciated their hospitality. We look forward to staying in this great vacation home again!

We fell in love with Islamorada 18 years ago and have been returning ever since. It is a great get away from our upstate NY winters.

After looking for real estate for many years in Islamorada, and spending time here on vacation, we were blown away with everything Bay Harbour has to offer. Our condo is the model unit and professionally furnished and decorated.

Our condo also includes one of the few 50 foot boat slips with shore power and water. It can accommodate larger boats depending on the beam. There is also quick access to the bay and ocean through Channel 2 and Channel 5 bridges. we have one of the few places grandfathered on the island that can have legal weekly rentals, most have monthly rentals only. Village Rental License VR-24-0324.
