This is the owner’s primary residence, lovingly maintained and rented while he travels for work. Guests are expected to treat the space with care and respect.

Absolutely no parties or events!
The neighbors are good friends of the owner and will report any disruptive activity. Thank you for helping keep this a peaceful and welcoming home!

★ PROPERTY ACCESS & MAINTENANCE ★
Please note the following scheduled maintenance and access items for this property:
• Garage & Driveway Access: Every Thursday, a member of the owner’s team will briefly access the garage and driveway to check on stored items and take out the garbage cans.
• Lawn & Yard Care: The lawn care crew will access the exterior space once a week, and a yard maintenance team will access the yard once a month. These service providers will only access exterior areas and will not enter the home.
• Mid-Stay Cleaning for Longer Stays: For any booking longer than 3 weeks, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be required. The host(s) will coordinate directly with guests to schedule a convenient time for this service.

These measures help us keep the property well-maintained for your comfort and the comfort of future guests. Thank you for your understanding!


GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all living areas, the private fenced backyard, and the driveway for parking.

Please note: the garage, upper-level storage room, and a few locked cabinets are reserved for owner use and are not accessible to guests. For safety and security, there are cameras located only inside the locked garage and storage room—no cameras are in guest areas.


INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We aim to give our guests space to enjoy their stay while staying readily available to help when needed. During regular waking hours, we typically respond within an hour via the VRBO platform.
If you reach out between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please note that non-urgent messages may not be answered until morning. For urgent issues during this time, we ask that you call us directly rather than message. If it’s very late, you may need to call more than once to wake us.

We do our best to be accessible and ensure everything goes smoothly during your stay—thanks so much for your understanding!

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Our cleaning team is thorough and meticulous, ensuring that every guest arrives to a fresh and spotless home.

★ PEST CONTROL ★
We provide regular pest control treatments. While rare, minor pest sightings can occur in any home. If you encounter a significant pest issue, please contact us immediately so we can address it promptly. Refunds for pest-related concerns are considered only in cases of verified, severe infestations, as determined by our pest control professionals.

★ NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS ★
We ask you to treat our home with respect to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be confirmed with the host(s).

★ NO SMOKING, NO PETS ★
To help us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests, no smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home or on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $1,000 fee for odor remediation and deep cleaning.

No pets are allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee for cleaning and policy violation. Thank you for respecting these rules and helping us keep the home in excellent condition!

★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
For the safety, security, and enforcement of house rules, we have installed 4 security cameras on the premises in the following locations: 1 dummy camera facing front entryway (not recording), 1 active exterior camera facing the front yard and parking area, and 2 active cameras in off-limits areas (1 in the locked garage and 1 in the upstairs owner's closet).

Please note that there are no cameras in any guest-accessible interior spaces. These cameras are solely for security purposes and to enforce house rules. They are not actively monitored unless there is a safety concern or security issue. We prioritize the privacy of our guests and do not use these cameras for any other purpose.
