Absolutely no pets of any kind are permitted inside the home or on the property.
This is a strictly pet-free home maintained for guests with severe allergies. Welcome to our adorable 3 bedroom home in Airway Heights, thoughtfully designed to be a comfortable and convenient home for your stay. Whether you're visiting for events, entertainment, family time, or work, this home offers a quiet neighborhood feel with easy access to everything Spokane has to offer.

Enter a bright, open living space, comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting common areas perfect for relaxing after a day out. The home is kept clean, well-maintained, and PET FREE, making it a great choice for guests with allergies. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street in front of the house, two spots available in driveway.

The backyard provides a patio table with a shade and lights. Feel free to use the Blackstone grill and yard games. Plenty of room for kids to run around the fenced in yard.

Located just minutes from Northern Quest Casino and Resort, Spokane Tribe Casino, Spokane International Airport, and downtown Spokane, you'll love how easy it is to get around.

There are many parks in the neighborhood, the Northern Quest offers Kids Quest child care, and the Airway Heights Recreation center is a full gym, aquatic center, and child care hours available for $10 day pass.

Traveling with little ones? A baby safety gate is already installed at the top of the stairs and ready if needed.

• 1 Queen pull-out sofa ( downstairs living room)

Spokane Tribe Casino is about 1.5 miles away and most of the walk would be through the neighborhood and partial sidewalk path.

Downtown Riverfront Park is about a 15 minute drive.

Spokane Arena is about a 20 minute drive.

EWU is about a 25 minute drive.

Spokane International Airport is about a 10 minute drive and Uber is readily available.

CDA, Idaho downtown is about a 50 minute drive.
