Esta es una cabaña en la playa tipo estudio de 1 dormitorio, con capacidad para 2 personas con un sofá cama. Perfecto pequeño escape! Esta casa de playa tiene vistas al agua y acceso privado a la playa y una terraza. Cocina completa, baños completos. La playa es privada, solo para ti! También viene con kayak. También viene con una barbacoa, ropa de cama y toallas de todo! ¡Sólo trae comida! Está perfectamente ubicado cerca de los viñedos y los puestos de la granja, el centro comercial Tanger Outlet Mall, Atlantis Marine World y Long Island Skydive. También hay un spa cercano perfecto para masajes o tratamientos faciales. Está a solo 1 hora y media de la ciudad de Nueva York y a 15 minutos del aeropuerto ISP. Es una maravillosa escapada a la playa en general.

En la misma franja de playa tenemos otras doce casas de playa que también alquilamos, así que si viene con una familia para una boda, etc. y busca múltiples lugares, este es el lugar para buscar.

También contamos con un servicio de visitas a viñedos. Hay asientos informales en el interior para 10 personas y en el exterior. También hay Internet inalámbrico, televisión por cable, juegos, libros, ropa de toallas, todo para usted y un restaurante de 5 estrellas llamado Laplage directamente al otro lado de la calle, también pizza, delicatessen, licorería. y todos entregan.

Somewhat disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nicely furnished studio at the top of a driveway between two properties. It is NOT on the waterfront but across the street from another vacation home that faces the L.I. sound. The only outdoor space is the tiny patio, as shown in the ad. The view of the water was blocked by parked cars in the opposite driveway. It is up a hill from the village beach and parking lot, about a 2 minute walk. This beach is covered with rocks that extend into the water, (sometimes full of seaweed) so beach walks aren't feasible. The best feature is the sunsets, but to view them one has to walk down the hill to access the beach area. The nearest shopping, including supermarket, CVS, pizza and diner, is 2 miles away. The closest movie theatre is in Port Jefferson, the Tanger mall is in Riverhead, both about 14 miles away. The property is reasonably clean; the owner helpful but not always available. I would not recommend this property unless you enjoy sitting on a rocky beach and/or using a kayak-the most popular activity. There is a lavendar farm en route to Riverhead which is worth a visit.

It looks like it is a converted garage as it is at the end of a driveway of a house. You cross the street and walk through the driveway of a house to get to the stairs going down to the beach. The interior of the cottage was comfortable and had most of the amenities advertised. The sofabed was soft and sunk in the middle, , so not suitable for a heavy person. The houses on the street look a little run down and the backyard of the neighbor was untidy.
