Bienvenido al Legado 202! Esta gran 1500 pies cuadrados condominio se encuentra justo en el Golfo de México y cuenta con hermosas vistas desde el balcón que se puede acceder desde la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, mientras que el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen size.

Legacy es una propiedad de baja densidad situado 1. 3 millas al oeste de la carretera 59. Con piscina al aire libre y zona de barbacoa.

* POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN: la tarifa de procesamiento de $ 89 nunca es reembolsable. La cancelación, los cambios en las fechas de la estadía o la propiedad dentro de los 30 días de la llegada causan la pérdida del depósito. Si la propiedad se vuelve a reservar para las mismas fechas y tarifas, se devolverá el depósito menos la tarifa de procesamiento.

Needs a few updates to be safe

Reviewer Comments: It was a good experience however the wicker deck chairs need to be fixed or replaced. They are broke therefore not safe. One of the red bar stools is also broke and needs to be replaced or fixed. I would hate to think that someone in the future may be hurt! The mattress in the 2nd bedroom is good but not in the master bedroom. The master bedroom contains a mattress that is lumpy and bumpy. The master bedroom is beautiful and luxurious except for the mattress. The condo is roomy and very nicely decorated. We would be delighted to return to this condo when the patio chairs are replaced or fixed so we don’t have to worry about the possibility of falling.

I was their for a wedding and that was the only good part of the stay. The decor was the worse I've ever seen. Big birds all over the place and the furniture had to have been pulled out of a dumpster. I have very bad knees and it made the trip unbearable.

Short walk to the pool and beach which was a huge plus for us due to 3 little ones. Beds were comfy. Pull out sofa area had a closing room divider which was great for privacy and noise. Master bedroom and bathroom were spacious and the entire condo had cute decor! Everything you needed was there. The furniture in the living room could use a cleaning and there were a few other little quirky things but NOTHING that interrupted or hampered the comfort our stay. Great value for size and location. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location…. But needs some work

Perfect location and we LOVED having the “extra room” space. Pros: Steps from the beach Heated pool Plenty of space for a family of four or five Best and fastest elevator service. Smaller condo unit makes this so much easier. Cons: The mattresses. Oh my God the mattresses. The master bed was beyond awful and so squeaky and loud. It’s obvious this rental isn’t used by the owners or it would already be changed. Also the pull out sofa bed in the extra room is un-sleepable and is worse than the master mattress. Sadly, this is why even though the location is literally perfect, we will never rent here again. The guest shower didn’t work while we were there… my daughter said something was wrong with the drain. Also the hot water tank gave us about three-four minutes of “kind of” hot water. So baths were out of the question. If you’re more laid back about quality of sleep and hot water, this is a great location in gulf shores. If the mattresses were changed we would rent here again In a heartbeat.

Perfect in every way!

I looked at 100s of properties to find a place that worked for me and my parents—-short distances were the criteria and this met that in every way!! Perfect location to the ocean (literally 100 steps), from the room to the pool, elevator and car, to anything you want to do or eat. It was exactly what my parents needed for a doable/relaxing vacation. The two bedroom was made even better with the bonus room for my daughter. Our only criticism would be that the condo needs a little touching up/cleaning/painting. It’s just a little bit run down in places. We will totally stay again—-for sure!! Best place we have rented.

Right on the beach. Very spacious unit with cool interior decor. Appliances were old especially the washer and dryer, and it needed a good cleaning. Smelled strong pinesol like order but walls and floors were dirty and everything was dusty. Overall we had a good time but especially with covid now cleaning was subpar.

Great condo

Best ocean view we’ve had to date on any vacay. Condo was nice and clean. Extra living room was a bonus. It was a nice time and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

The property was in a great location, right on the beach. Liked the idea of a small condo, however, we had very noisy neighbors, college kids (of course, that’s by no means under your control). The only negative was the master bed. It was horrible! It was very squeaky and lumpy. Needs to be replaced.

With 5 gals in tow, we needed space to spread out and this condo came through big! Fantastic direct views of the beach and pool, we could easily spot one another from the balcony which I loved. Family Vacation

Condo is just as it appears in pictures. It is RIGHT on the beach...only a few steps to the sand. Has two living spaces that could sleep additional people. Everything went smoothly...no complaints at all.

VRBO is no longer actually “by owner”

Property was great. I will never rent through “VRBO” again. Just call one of the realtors in the area and rent from them. You will save a charge from “VRBO” because vacation rental by owner is no longer by owner.
