The unit was clean and had a great view of the beach & Gulf. Only one suggestion: trash cans in all three bedrooms and bathrooms would have been nice.

Located has bed bugs....

Arrived sunday night. Monday afternoon the exterminator showed up for "routine treatment," but didnt tell us what "routinely" for. Our last night there my sister-in-law found a large, adult bed bug crawling on her headboard. We stayed four nights total, and we're praying we dont carry anything home. It was unfortunate, cause the location, view, and size of the condo were all great!

Shortest walk to the beach ever!

View from the 1st floor is dunes -BUT- most convenient and shortest walk to the beach I’ve ever made. Room was clean, check in/out was a breeze (once I realized that the directions that the key lock box was in the lobby desk drawer, LITERALLY meant in the desk drawer. ) I might have stood at the mailboxes a little longer than I should have trying to figure it out. Zero complaints- hoping to stay here again after the busy summer crowd leaves.

Grandmas first vacation

The location was great room was nice also had some issues that needed to be updated or fixed but didn't affect the stay the only 2 bad things was the Master bedroom is as soon as you walk in which was fine but all the air conditioning was at your front door which made the air over work and the master bedroom so hot and the light in the master bedroom was on a remote and had to be a timer because all during the night the light would come on kinda creepy and funny but aggravating but other then that it was a awesome stay would definitely stay again

Great location and proximity to the beach. Balcony was great. Place was not clean. Carpets were filthy furniture was dirty . Just not what the pictures showed.

The proximity to the beach was awesome. The property was well-maintained except we did have to call about the sliding glass door to the patio and no one came to fix it.

From booking to departure communication was great and place was spacious and loved the ocean front! The pool was the only issue (quite dirty with debris) and we couldn’t clean it because the net on the skimmer was gone.

Three Days in the Sun

This property met every expectation that we had. The location was excellent! The beds were comfortable, however, bring a blanket from home. The coverlets on the beds are very thin. Will be back with our group of friends!!

We enjoyed our trip! The condo was nice but the description did say it has an indoor pool but it didn’t. There were no blankets or pot holders.l either. The beach was very small due to erosion and we couldn’t have a tent which would have been nice to know before we came.

Nice Condo but had cockroaches

The condo itself was nice for the location. However, the condo had cockroaches. We called Vacasa to discuss it and get it taken care of as we found over 20 under our kids bed at night. They told us we would receive a call back that day, but we didn’t. I called 2 days later after we left and were told that they didn’t have an update for me and hadn’t done anything. I finally received a call back a week and a half later stating they would refund me $50 for staying in a unit infested with cockroaches. I didn’t care about the $50, I cared more about the fact that my daughter was bit, and that they didn’t take any action to help us when I called. Although we left the next day, we were disappointed with the service we received and wouldn’t recommend Vacasa or the unit we stayed in. We will certainly not book through VRBO that uses Vacasa again.

Great time

Our stay was very nice. 7 adults in our group and this place never felt crowded. We enjoyed the balcony’s view of the beach. Called for a couple minor problems and had a person there to take care of them the next day. We could have used more dishwasher tablets and some hot pads but kitchen had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Great location on the beach.

Nicely laid out living room. You could see the Gulf and watch TV at the same time. Many of the condos have the TV mounted on the wall with every seat focused on the wall. If I want to stare at a TV on the wall, I'll stay home.

Great location and beautiful view of the beach. Condo was spacious and clean. Parking was a bit tight but we never had any problems. We will be back.

Fiancé Birthday weekend

The condo was clean. The tv in the front room didn’t work. I call 2 different people for help one told me to call the other and vise versa. And still no help. The tub in the master bath dripped constantly. But we have a great view. Not sure if I will stay here again

Cheer Competition Week

Very nice condo, our first time at this location. Well equipped, plenty of bath towels and cloths. Could have used more bed covers ie: blankets. No hair dryers, generally supplied. There was an empty box for one and I emailed an inquiry about it, did not want to be responsible for a missing one, did not get a response. Biggest issue was supply of hot water, after one shower no hot water left. We had 5 people and getting ready was an issue. Despite these fixable issues, the condo is really nice, roomy, has a great view of the gulf and pool and in a very convenient location.
