GORGEOUS SOBO Urban Loft in Downtown Bozeman
Be our guest at a gorgeous SOBO Urban Loft condo! This is a FULLY FURNISHED beautiful space. This second floor unit features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 710 sq. ft. and a flex space (set up as a work area with a Murphy bed for additional sleeping space). Enjoy the open floor concept with the finest modern touches and walk to bars, restaurants, and all that downtown Bozeman has to offer. Amenities include a modern new kitchen, stocked bathroom, a private patio setting, and in unit washer/dryer.
This adorable new condo is just on the edge of downtown Bozeman (one block from Main St.), so our guest/s will have the luxury of peace and quiet, while being within walking distance to local gems such as the Bozeman Co-Op, local bars, restaurants, boutiques, and other small businesses that make Bozeman the special community-driven city that it is.
Our guests can expect all the amenities of urban living: from high-speed WIFI, to a smart TV, to high-tech keyless building and apartment access- ensuring privacy and protection with class and style. This is a perfect space for 2-4 people, with a beautifully decorated private bedroom, plenty of closet space, and a flexible area currently set up to serve as either a work space or another bedroom (a comfy Murphy bed has been conveniently added to support the additional sleeping needs should that be necessary).
Our guests will also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, to include a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. To make this a true "home away from home", all the cookware, baking needs, small appliances, and other necessary gadgets to feel right at home are provided.
To take full advantage of the open space concept of the condo, our guests can entertain company in the living room, which is adjacent to the kitchen, or enjoy the fresh Bozeman air on the spacious balcony accessed from the living room space.
The condo is equally convenient for a tourist wanting to remain central while visiting Bozeman and/or a remote worker/business traveler coming to Bozeman for a few months.
Our guests will have access to one designated parking spot. Off-street parking for additional vehicles is an additional option. Being one block away from Bozeman's Main Street, getting around by foot and/or bicycle is just as convenient. A small binder with fun recommendations will also await our guests upon check-in. Check-in instructions and access requirements will be provided no later than 24 hours prior to the check-in date.
