El dormitorio principal de arriba tiene una cama king, el dormitorio de abajo tiene dos camas individuales, con una cama queen-hide-a-bed en la sala de estar. Loft tiene cama doble. Great Condo for Three Generations

Grandparents, parents and grandkids spent two weeks at this perfect condo. The upstairs loft with pull out couch proved to be a perfect solution and gave everyone enough space. The lanai provided a great view of the sunset and the pool area. We would all definitely stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. Unit was spacious for our family of 5. It was clean, well stocked, and in a good location with view of the ocean. A couple of items that need replacing include beach umbrella and beach chair but it didn’t negatively impact our trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was very clean and well furnished , and lots of space for the 4 of us. There was everything for a great time on the beach - chairs, boogie boards etc. The kitchen was well stocked and the Lanai had a great view of the Ocean and West Maui mountains. We will definitely try to book in this Condo again in the future because we will be back. Last thing, the staff at Hale Kamaole are amazing. So friendly and have always taken care of anything that comes up right away. 8 great years and counting!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Size was very good for family of 4. All of the mattresses very uncomfortable especially the king bed. This place had several cockroaches everyday. They definitely have a problem. Air conditioning is adequate but very noisy in the bedrooms. The living room is hot day and night.Fortunately the pool, tennis court and BBQ were great. This unit needs updating especially considering the price they charge!We liked John the manager and helped us on the check in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great to stay at. This particular unit was fine except that it needs a little TLC and updating. The downstairs bedroom carpets had dirty spots/stains. And the upstairs bathroom has a clogged/very slow drain in the shower. It would be nice if a few more “supplies” were included (laundry soap pods, toilet paper). Kind of a pain to buy those things when on vacation. But we were told beforehand in rental information that we may need to purchase more. The check in process was easy. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool; nice bbq area. The close location to the beach park was awesome. Stores, restaurants, and coffee shops are within walking distance. We had a great vacation. Kihei is a nice town and we felt safe walking around even after dark.

Utmost Filthy and Dated unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Horrible and FIlthy unit. Over an inch thick layer of Dust in most places, thousands of Hair strands sticking all over on the shower tub area, filthy toilet bowl that wasn't ever cleaned. Don't even think of turning on the Fans or you will be covered with dust. This unit doesn't look like it was ever cleaned or updated since it was built. I wish I could post pictures and give negative stars.

Great location but maintenance issues

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Hale Kaomole multiple times over the years because of the location and friendly atmosphere. While I love it there, this trip was a little challenging. The office let us know several days before arrival that work needed to be done in our unit which meant a crew would be there for two days and we would not have hot water between 9-4. We were not happy but felt like we would have to deal with it. The repair ended up taking 5 days, so for half our stay we didn’t have hot water for showers upon returning from the beach, and for one full day they forgot to turn it back on completely. We also had an issue with the washer dryer unit and the grills didn’t work properly. We requested a discount which they refused to give as the office blamed the “association” who runs it, and vice versa. They did offer up a separate washer dryer in a different unit for us to carry our laundry to, and were able to get our unit running after two days.

Hale Kamaole #264 A Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hale Kamaole itself is a great location opposite Kam 3 beach. The on-site staff are exceptional and the grounds and facilities are very very well maintained. Security is good too. The unit's coffee machine died while we were there, it was quite old, and a replacement arrived with a smile the same day :)The Unit #264 itself has a great view and is well located in the complex. It is a unit that is known not to be updated and is priced accordingly. It is comfortable in its layout with the living/dining room furniture being just fine. The Master Bedroom upstairs is adequate. Again the bathroom is not updated but this is known. It is clean. The sheets were fine but I suggest replacing all the pillows and the quilted coverlet and shams. The pillows are stained. The coverlet and matching king shams are pilled and in fact I found a few stains. The coverlet and shams have had their day. Bathroom towels were nice.There were only 3 beach towels in the unit and each was either worn, stained or had holes. We bought 2 and took them home as we had a golf bag with us. I suggest ensuring there are 6 new beach towels in the unit as the unit advertises it sleeps 6 people.The twin bedroom is nice and the bathroom outside that is semi-updated. Again clean with nice towels.The kitchen is original. The appliances are not new but work fine. The seal on the freezer is going but it does still work. I suggest replacing all 3 "non-stick" frying pans with at least 1 or 2 new ones. They are worn, scratched and just not nice to use. I didn't ask for that while there but thought to mention in this review. There was new cutlery in the kitchen and that was nice. The rest of the kitchen implements were fine. Maybe new tea towels would be in order. Again the ones there are pretty worn.Again the onsite staff and common facilities are exceptional. While this unit is dated it is a great location and view.

Great view - lots of whale sightings during my morning coffee on the lanai. The space was a lot bigger than we expected, and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Highly recommend! This was our first stay at Hale Kamaole, and the property came with rave reviews from others. We loved the location, beach access, pool area, and the grounds. Staff were extremely helpful, although we didn’t need much! Kamaole III across the street was great! Some nice boogie boarding for the kids, and so many turtles!! Was a convenient location for us to explore other parts of the island as well.

Location is greta for access to Kamaole #3 and its walk of a few hundred metres to the closest group of shops. This stay for a family of 4 + grandma so we utilised the pull-out on the mezzanine.

Nice location for a Maui vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Hale Kamaole 264. Although the furnishings are dated, the condo was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The king bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. It is an easy walk from the condo to nice beaches. The communal BBQs are very well attended to by the property management, cleaned thoroughly each day.
