There were only two things wrong.Access to the beach was misleading. It was not close and it was not easy.Also, a four o'clock check in and ten o'clock checkout robed us of a whole day.It is a beautiful property, and even an hour or two on each day would have made a big difference.

This is a winner! Better than we expected, and our expectations were pretty high going in. The back of the house is multiple, large windows, and the view is endless down the beach both north and south from the deck. The house, charming and attractive, has a beamed ceiling and new, comfortable living room furniture anda fireplace, a rarity anymore. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and spices, a coffee maker and a Kourig; the knives were even sharp! The bedrooms are good-sized, and the beds are great. We hope to go back soon!

Great views and location

The home was clean , comfortable beds, plenty of room. The loft area was nice with added sleeping and relaxing area. The kitchen was great and plenty of dishes, supplies, etc. Would definitely rent again.

Sister weekend

This home was the perfect size for us. We had a wonderful view of the ocean with access just a couple blocks away. The kitchen is well stocked.

Good housebin a great location

The house is roomy, with excellent amenities (though the microwave is 900). There are three bedrooms, and the top floor room has a spectacular view. The location is very central, a little north of Depoe Bay and a bit more to the south of Lincoln City, with Newport in easy reach.

LOVE the cabin. 2nd visit for us. Needs a new outside grill and a replacement of the slider glass. The bathroom light fixture is also falling off the wall.

Such a great location. This year there was a new washer & dryer which were amazing in addition to a new stove. Only 3 decks chairs wasn't great.

Great view on the coast

Overall met expectations..i come out here often to the coast ..house is a good value. Spare room downstairs has animal odor. Not pleasant.

Didn’t get check in info so had to call the day of arrival. Also, no check out instructions. Unsure what to do other than we leave by 10 am. The house was amazing and so relaxing.

A good little home.

This home is perfectly located. Just minutes from Lincoln City, Depot Bay - and just a little further from Newport. The online photos are very accurate. This is a modest property but has everything you could really need. I do think there is some room for improvement though; a couple of the outlets got warm when we had phone chargers plugged into them; the bathroom fan/vents need a good vacuum; pots and pans are acceptable but could use a little updating, as well as cutlery; one of the stove burners didn't work. The listing didn't say that there was bathroom products provided or a blow-dryer, etc. Would have been nice to know. That said, the beds are very comfortable and having one open room is really nice for family. Nice DVD selection provided. Strong, stable internet access. The views are spectacular. Beach access is a bit of a walk; there are two locations - through the Gleneden Park access (which is paved to the very end and then you need to walk over some packed, slightly steep sand) or the "old" road access, which has boulders going down to the beach. Agile adults, kids and dogs won't have any problem with that one, but if you're taking a lot of beach stuff with you, best to use the other one. We would definitely stay here again but I would know to bring a little bit more food prep stuff. Overall, a very nice get away!!! Thank you for the use of your home!

Can't beat the view

Third time staying here. Can't beat the view from the open concept living room and deck. Nice beach access a block away. Was fun to watch the pelicans and surfers. Tip: bring a squeegee to wipe down the condensation on windows.

Cool and quiet

This was a cozy place to get away from the inland heatwave! It's a short walk to beach access, and a short drive to outdoor activities, fun shopping, and great food. I fell asleep to the sound of the surf every night! I'd definitely recommend a stay here!

Needs a little work

Needs to be cleaned better. Trim limbs on trees in driveway. Way to low. Gravel in driveway would cut down on dirt in the house.

Amazing location and oceanfront view

House was just as it appeared in the pictures. Beds downstairs were comfortable, living and dining space nice, and lots of dishes/pots and pans for cooking. The living room and upstairs furniture was a little worn, but comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Ocean Sounds & Amazing Views

Comfortable, clean & conveniently located. Amazing views with relaxing sounds of crashing waves that can be heard throughout the house. Great place chill after a busy day exploring the area. Highly recommend!

You can't beat the views for the price!

Amazing views for the price. The house does have some issues. The fans in both bathrooms sound bad like they will fail soon. The stools in the kitchen are so dirty you don't want to touch them. I wish they would just replace them with stools without fabric. Other than that it was clean. I saw other reviews about the windows being dirty, I cleaned them the first day and it was worth it, but the weather/salt water makes it impossible to keep the windows clean for long. I bought some glass cleaner and donated it. I ended up cleaning the windows 3 times in a week in November. They keep the squeegee on top of the fridge. It was easy and worth it, the views are spectacular! This is a great house, we would rent it again.

Jewel of a home!

What a perfect place to spend our anniversary! The house is situated perfectly to watch the ocean and the gorgeous sunsets. The place is well stocked with everything we needed and very private. Yes, the furniture is dated and the carpets could use a good cleaning, but overall the house is very clean. We paid the same as a nice hotel and enjoyed it so much more!

Great beach house

This was a fabulous place to spend two weeks on the Oregon coast. The house was very nice and the location could not be beat. I would definitely stay here again.
