The Space:

Ocean views from all three floors, a spacious master suite with private deck, and a block and a half walk to the beach make this Lincoln City home perfect for a memorable vacation.



With multiple social areas, this home is wonderful for families and friends alike. Hang out in the large living room with breathtaking ocean views and a mesmerizing gas fireplace. Gather in the cozy family room with tranquil forest views. Relax in the loft with great views of God’s Thumb and the ocean. Get competitive in the game room with the pool table, board games, or take the corn hole set out to the grassy yard. Soak in the sounds of the ocean on one of the two decks. When it’s time to eat, you’ll appreciate the large and well-stocked kitchen complete with double ovens. After watching the sunset, turn in to one of the 4 good-sized bedrooms (3 kings and 1 queen). Take the 3D tour to see all the home has to offer.



The home is located in Roads End - a quiet neighborhood nestled between a huge green belt and the sea. You’ll feel away from it all, yet just minutes to the supermarket, restaurants and other Lincoln City amenities. A short walk takes you to the northern end of Lincoln City’s 7 miles of beach, past all the houses and amidst fascinating tide pools and rocky outcrops.



Not only does Lincoln City's beach play host to sandcastles, beachcombers, and clammers, position on the 45th Parallel accounts for the steady winds and its moniker as the Kite Capital of the World. Anglers: Bring your tackle box and poles to Devils Lake, home to nine freshwater fish species.

No heat breakers kept tripping was instructed how to do it and needed to about 10 times. Tried turning on sauna outlet cought on fire . Had to call fire Dept. Looked everywhere for fire extinguisher and never found one. Jetted master tub has a note that says does not work. When turning water on tub yellow water came out. Top slider door does not lock creating security issues. Addressed all concerns with company whom stated I would be reimbursed and I have not been fully reimbursed. Was hoping to have a relaxing vacation turned into and everyday day at home vibe.

Relaxing weekend getaway

We had an amazing stay with breathtaking views. We did a girls weekend with my daughtercand her friend and my mom. It was a spring break/Christmas gift for my daughter. This place checks all the boxes for a home away from home feel and fun adventure. We will definitely be booking this place again in the future.

Very nice place to stay. Views of the coast are incredible, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very clean house.

Great place!

This was a great place for a large family celebration. There are so many rooms for people to hang out and not feel crowded. The views are amazing! Will definitely come here again

Awesome house in beautiful neighborhood

My extended family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful home in a stunning location. We loved the bunk room, hot tub and deck views. One Toilet broke and they fixed it in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay here again and again! Overall great experience.

Perfect for a family get together

We had our parents 50th wedding anniversary at the house. 5 families stayed at the house for 3 days and there was plenty of beds and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils to cook all our meals for the families. Beautiful view of the ocean and only a short hop to the beach

Fantastic house!

The house was great! The kitchen is well stocked, there are tons of towels and even hot tub towels. The beds were very comfortable. We had one maintenance issue that came up and they were out within 15 minutes to check it out. We were very impressed!!

Great view

Beautiful view. Great space for a big group. Kitchen was equipped nicely for all the meals we made. Deer came to visit us on the property twice daily. Was fun to watch them. Home was in good shape, but is ready for some new paint. It would really spruce it up.

80th Birthday

Location was good. Cupboards, mop boards and drawers needed to be cleaned. Loved the side yard - wonderful for playing badminton. The house was laid out nicely for different things going on at the same time — puzzles- kareoke -visiting - time in the kitchen and of course a nice view of the beach and enjoying the hot tub.

Had a great time at this beach house, very easy walk to the beach and rooms for everyone!

Thanks for the lovely stay just a few things, we ran out of dish washing detergent the day prior to check out so the dishwasher was loaded but not run at checkout. Second, in the dining room near the north most end carpet is pulling up and some carpet nails have been exposed and could be a hazard. Everything else was great!

Best time

We had the absolute best time! The view is truly amazing. Being able to see the ocean and hear the waves from the hot tub and bedroom is nice. Short walk to the beach, loved that. Kitchen had everything we needed. House was stocked well for a large party. Pool table and air hockey worked great. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the casino and grocery store. Nice hiking trail near by. Only downer is the house isn't sound proof at all you can hear literally everything. But it didn't bother us.

The home was beautiful and location was conveniently located by the beach

My family and I had an amazing time staying in this home -- it had everything we needed for a good time, grocery stores close by, and was very tranquil. The only reason it isn't the full five stars is because there were some bugs -- sand bugs, potato bugs, etc. I woke up with one crawling on the wall next to my head. That was not ideal. Other than that, the home is great and I would stay in it again!

Beautiful place

This property sits on a hill overlooking the ocean, it's a beautiful sight. The manager's property response quickly to questions. I would recommend that you should prepare other items if you are staying more than two nights(i.e. Garbage bags, salt and peppers, toiletries, shampoo/condition, any kitchen and bath products that you use a lot of) The pool also have a lot of sand in it. The beach is beautiful but always windy and cold.

We do supply a starter supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and dish soap to ensure the first night of their stay starts well. We do not supply spices or food items in the home. The house manager confirmed the hot tub is cleaned after every guest stay but due to being on the coastline, it is a common occurrence. Please know we have staff ready and available at all hours of the day to assist you with any questions or concerns that may arise. We hope to host you again soon!

Great house for a large group in a good location

The house worked out well for our family gathering. There were some minor issues such as jacuzzi tub jets in master wouldn't work, master bedroom light out, screen door closer broken, molding falling off kitchen island. There is lots of dishes but needs more large pans, griddle, and cooking utensils. The living room TV is small and no HD cable so don't plan on watching the big game here. Overall we were very comfortable and everyone enjoyed it.

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time staying here as there were plenty of room to move around for everyone (15 of us). The house looks a little worn out on the inside and a bit dusty, especially on the air vents. The towels are discolored and don’t smell clean. Using a little bit more detergent will help. The short walk to the beach allowed us to enjoy the neighborhood. We love the jacuzzi, the pool table and air hockey and best of all the privacy the property offers. Checking-in and out of the house was convenient and there was not a lot of rules in the rental agreement. We will definitely consider staying here next time we visit Lincoln City.
