Though this getaway boasts that nostalgic feel of simpler times, there will be no need to sacrifice any comforts of home on this vacation. The salty air will immediately greet you and your guests as you step outside to the furnished deck, so take your morning coffee or evening glass of wine out and soak up the picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean. When mealtimes come around, the chef of the group will be in paradise knowing that a fully equipped kitchen awaits boasting all of the appliances of home and stellar views of the waves. When nights come to a close, the Smart TV in the living room will provide more than enough entertainment as the sound of the tide lulls everyone to sleep.

The beachgoers of the group will be spoiled on this vacation, as a path leads directly from the beach door to the soft sand and crashing waves that simply cannot be beaten. Great location!!! Love the large windows looking right out at the ocean. The beach access at the house is sketchy at best but the public access 2 houses down is much better. The beds were super comfy. Everything worked and the beds are sooo comfy. Would’ve been easily 5 stars if it weren’t for some dirty dishes and lack of good pans. Will still come back (3rd time here)!

Though quaint which means in need of paint, linoleum and carpeting, the location is as advertised. The house is exactly on the beach with direct access for the nimble. Appliances are new and the rooms are bright. We enjoyed ourselves and I would consider renting it again b

Great location with an amazing view! The house is clean and comfortable with gorgeous views of the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need. We spent our time on the deck, walking miles of beach and boogie boarding.

“Quaint” is an overly kind description of this property. The small house is showing signs of neglect. A rusted vent fan, cracks in wall, old carpet and linoleum. There was no dishwasher. A coffee pot without filters or coffee, a trash container in the kitchen without a lid. While the house has a good view of the ocean, the photo shown make sit look like you can walk straight out through the sea grass to the beach. In truth there is a drop-off with a rock sea wall that defies easy access. Also, there were no windows in the kitchen or living room that could be oped to hear the waves. When we arrived, no instructions or information were there for us. The very small bedrooms lacked bedside reading lamps and outlets to plug in phones.

I don’t usually write reviews. I love a quirky, old, charming, even rundown place. But this was not clean. The pots and pans in the cupboard were sticky with old grease. The baseboards were dirty with grime and dust. And the shower curtain bottom was stained with mold and discoloration. I would recommend the property management correct those things before you go.

This adorable beach house was perfect! It was so conveniently located to the beach. The view was breathtaking! We brought 2 dogs and it was very accommodating for them as well. They were very happy. The house was cozy and clean, and met all our needs. We would definitely return again.

This charming little house is incredibly cozy and well-equipped. The host was always available to answer any questions we had. It’s an excellent value for the money. We were four senior women, and each of us had our own comfortable sleeping space. The kitchen was modern and had a new refrigerator and range. We used the oven, and it worked perfectly. The view is stunning, offering a full view of the waves crashing on the beach.

Lovely location in nice accessible town. Rooms were clean, kitchen well stocked. Beds comfortable. HVAC equipment, door locks, smoke detectors all faulty operation. Small space heaters, thankfully available, kept us reasonably comfortable. Location hard to beat so if amenities secondary a nice place.

There was No primary heat source, The toilet did not flush consistently, there was no readily available beach access, the floors were damaged creating a hazard. The wifi was out half the time, the furniture was dirty, the bedding was stained.

My husband and i really enjoyed our stay. The home is located right on the ocean and the view is amazing. We loved the deck with heavy table and chairs. Bring your own umbrella. I wish property provided a stand for umbrella under table. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee pot worked which for us is the most important appliance. The queen bed was comfortable and cozy. They provided a space heater and we used one in the morning and it heated the entire kitchen and living room. The furnishings were comfortable. The flooring is dated but everything was very clean and it didn't smell like animals. They do allow pets there so i was a little worried. We were very happy with our stay and i would highly recommend this home to a couple. Its really had all the essentials for a wonderful beach holiday.

The location had everything we wanted. It was right on the beach, in a quiet area, and plenty of room for the 2 of us. It was perfect for our 3 day getaway.
