Bañera de hidromasaje, a 2 cuadras de la playa, Internet, Apple TV, limpio, niños y mascotas.

Lo bueno de esta casa es su proximidad a la playa y que, debido a la bañera de hidromasaje, el porche cubierto y las comodidades modernas, es un gran lugar para llover o brillar. Realmente me esfuerzo por mejorar continuamente esta casa y hacer que mi experiencia como huésped sea cada vez mejor. Acabo de terminar mi última ronda de abril de 2019 con un baño completamente nuevo y plomería en todo momento, y sigue mejorando. Internet de alta velocidad, nuevo jacuzzi en marzo de 2014. Gran lugar para escapar de Portland y terminar tu trabajo o estudiar. La playa está a dos cuadras de distancia. El lago está a una cuadra de distancia. Televisor de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas, Apple TV, reproductor de DVD, muebles nuevos Living julio de 2016, cable, estéreo con conexión para iPod, barbacoa, pisos de bambú, camas más nuevas. Cocina con encimera de losa de granito y snack bar. Advertencia justa de que los pisos son un poco ondulados en lugares aunque estructuralmente sólidos. Mesa de comedor asientos 8. Excelente para aquellos con niños. Lavadora, secadora, baño principal con la nueva cama Queen Sealure Posturepedic y sábanas de 560 hilos y un cómodo edredón de plumas con edredón Percale. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama litera con un nuevo colchón Sealy Full Size en la parte inferior y una parte superior doble. Puedes ver Twin Rocks en frente de la cabina. Nueva calefacción sin conductos y unidad de aire acondicionado. A dos cuadras de la mejor playa de Rockaway, que está directamente en frente de las rocas gemelas. Estacionamiento para un RV en el lateral. Gran natación y pesca en Spring Lake, que está a una cuadra de distancia. Buena navegación a menos de una milla de distancia en Lake Lytle. Garibaldi está a unas 4 millas de distancia con acceso a Ocean Fishing. Ciclismo de montaña a 1/2 milla de distancia. La mayoría de las mascotas están bien con una tarifa adicional de limpieza de $ 35. Tarifa de limpieza no reembolsable mínima de $ 75 por dos noches. Depósito de garantía reembolsable de $ 100. It is a lovely location. Kitchen was beautiful and well furnished . Beds comfortable. Hottub was hot upon arrival but the water needed to be cleaned. Overall, a great spot for our family and dog.

Girls' weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. This place has great amenities...hot tub, fire pit, fenced yard for the dogs, and easy access to the beach. It was the perfect get-away!

Pleasant retreat!

Very pleasant, well stocked place to stay! Tom's recomendations were spot on. Pirate Cove was a nice place with very good food and the ancient cedar right down the street was a cool sight to see! We had fun and were very pleased with our accommodations!

Lovely coast rental

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a very sweet beach cottage. The yard was very secure for our dog which was awesome. We will be back.

Great get away in Rockaway!

We loved this quirky and charming property! Perfect for our little group and two dogs. The two adjoining bedrooms were perfect for us and our daughter. Kitchen was great, and plenty of space in the dining area and living room for meals and playing games. TVs and WiFi were great. Nearest beach was lovely and steps away and the hot tub was perfect at the end of a long day. We loved that it was dog friendly with a fenced in yard! Looking forward to booking again sometime for a longer stay!

Wonderful little home away from home

This place is a cute little vacation rental with plenty of room. There was a bit of dog hair but that was mentioned in the ad so we knew ahead of time. No complaints here. Hot tub worked great and the detailed instructions were very helpful. Thank you for the nice stay away.

Great price! Cozy accommodations! Wished the hot tub worked.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was cozy, comfortable, and had pretty much everything we needed. The only downside was that the hot tub was not working properly (no real heat and the jets didn't turn on). We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Yes, the house itself is imperfect, but it is clean, comfortable, and has some nice touches. Hot tub is great, as us backyard and front porch. Comfortable beds, nice appliances, plenty of kitchenware and linens. This property manager has done a great job anticipating the renters needs. Easy access to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed a week and it was great.

Great little house

The house is so cute. The kitchen had everything you would need. The bathroom even had a heated towel rack. The beds were comfortable. There were a lot of games if you want to play. The firepit is huge. The hot tub/jacuzzi was very clean and nice, we used it multiple times. The washer and dryer were great. Overall very happy with staying there.

Location, location, location.

Tom’s place was perfect for our family including our pet. Short jaunt to the beach, fenced in yard, and awesome hot tub. We will definitely return here for our annual beach vacation to Rockaway. I’ll just bring our own tablecloth, napkins, and placemats next time. Tom responded quickly to our 2 inquiries—Thank you!

Would return, and did!

This was my second time staying here. You have to cross the highway to get to the beach but it's pretty close and the neighborhood doesn't have loud traffic noises. It's the least expensive place we could find that allows dogs and has a hot tub. Everything was clean, comfortable, inviting. The hot tub was well balanced (I work in that industry and so did thoroughly check before getting in)! The property manager seems pretty laid back. We had a great couple of days.

Late March 2023

This place was perfect for us and the dogs. Short walk to the beach, in a nice quiet beach town. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. We bought seafood at Garibaldi and ate our meals at the house. Not an issue for us, but one thing to be aware of, if you have mobility issues this house may be a challenge, tight bathroom space and some uneven transfers between rooms. Not sure why, but there were no forks or spoons to eat with, other than left over plastic from takeout. We would definitely stay here again, the positives for us far outweigh any minor inconvenience(forks).

My Mistake

This was my first time renting a house for three adults and a five year old. It’s way more than we needed. If you had multiple couples with kids, dogs and some drinks by the fire. It’s perfect. I’m a resort by the sea type individual and I think that’s were I’ll stay from here in our. No hard feelings

The perfect beach house, 3 blocks to sand on your toes! Hot tub and fenced yard!

Everything exceeded our expectation! Very clean! Hot tub was WONDERFUL! Fully fenced back yard. Close to everything! Very short 3 block walk to the beach!!! House is well stocked. Games, puzzles and a record player! With some great records! We listened to a little John Denver while relaxing in this incredible beach home! Fish and chips and chowder at the Oregon Smoke House, WOW! Yummy!!!! We heard Ricks roadhouse is a great place, but didn’t make it. Great atmosphere at Lakeside Hideaway. Got my gamble on and had some great drinks! For shopping, Warehouse 10 is an absolute must!!!!!

Average beach house

This beach house provided what we needed. It is an older outdated house. Smaller than expected. Was crammed with 5 people wouldn’t want to try to squeeze in 2 more. Limited number of towels and kitchen supplies. Stove did not work well. Wavy floors is an understatement, structurally the house is falling apart. Hot tub was nice. Neighbors are friendly.

Rockaway is a great town with a good selection of fun shops and restaurants. This property is close to the beach and in a great spot for multiple adventures with the kids or a special someone.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I love hanging out on the front porch while it's raining. It's nice to relax in the hot tub after a walk at the beach. The high speed internet makes it a great place to work or study away from home for not too much money. Beds are super comfortable and everything you need is provided to have a relaxing vacation.
