This beautifully maintained Craftsman home features hardwood flooring, a sleek modern kitchen with a full suite of upscale appliances, and a welcoming outdoor space with a private hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Located in a quiet coastal neighborhood and backed by forested space, this retreat is a short walk from the beach.



Relax beside the gas fireplace in the inviting living room, complete with a smart TV with a soundbar and Blu-ray. A second living room has another smart TV and comfortable seating. A pool table provides hours of family fun, and a ping-pong table in the garage is sure to delight kids of all ages. Added perks include a Wii, Xbox, bikes, beach toys, beach chairs, and an umbrella.



WHAT’S NEARBY

Walk 0.4 miles to access the beach, and drive 3 miles to reach downtown Rockaway Beach. For a fun outing, the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad operates from June to September and offers an open-air ride from Rockaway Beach to Garibaldi.

Positives: house was spacious, great open plan, kids loved the pool table, appreciated the double en-suite and bunk room. Negatives: house wasn’t very clean, could use a paint job and new carpet, took 17 hours for management company to respond to our request for a broom (and the places they said to check didn’t have one so I had to sweep up a spill with my hands), on several closets were signs that said “don’t open, doors alarmed” (which I get but didn’t make us feel welcome). In the future I’ll always try to rent homes from individuals and not management companies.

Beautiful home! Very comfortable and inviting. Very clean and offered everything one would need for a perfect vacation. Area had lots to do and see! Wonderful vacation, hope to come back again!

Fun on the Oregon Coast

The home was great for our family with a lot of amenities and plenty of room. It was clean and well cared for. We would stay there again. The location is great with plenty of activities to keep everyone busy.

Perfect Rental

Very accommodating house. Two master suites which was awesome since two families stayed. Great location. Centrally located to lots that Oregon Coast offers. Also, very short walk to beach. Quiet neighborhood too which was great.My only critique is to provide more paper towels, small hand towels.Thanks

Lovely place to stay

We had a wonderful time, wish the weather would have been better for our trip. Everything we needed was available. All kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies. There house gives you a hotel feel without the hotel prices. Gorgeous bedrooms and the pool table was a huge bonus.

Clean and open

The property was very clean, and we loved the open concept. Overall we would stay here again. Just had a few technical issues and only one garbage bag, but overall it was great.

Awesome Home and Accommodates 8 perfectly

We had a wonderful time at this property. The home is set up for fun, with a ping pong table, pool table, hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of tvs so everyone can watch whatever they want. The location to the beach was great, a quick 5-7" stroll. Everything worked perfectly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful spot

The house was perfectly enjoyable and came well-equipped. The only knock is that you're farther from the beach than the listing would lead you to believe. Try 15-20min walk, not 7...otherwise, all good!

Outstanding Stay

There were nine in our party and there was plenty of room. Four very nice sized bedrooms, three full baths and one partial. Huge TVs everywhere, large family room with exceptional couches, pool room with chairs and a couch, dining room off kitchen with a nine foot table. Fire pit, hot tub, ping pong, board games and corn hole! Loved it!!
