Just north of Rockaway Beach, in Nedonna Beach, this home puts you four blocks from the shores, and close to all of the local hot spots.



The comfy seaside ambiance that is showcased in the decorative boats and nautical style sets the tone for your tranquil stay. Enjoy a quiet moment with the adults in the den while the kids watch a DVD in the upstairs play area. They can play in the under-the-sea style hiding spot while the adults get ready to head outside. Up to two dogs can come along too- as long as they're under 50 pounds.



This charming 1,280-square-foot home is perfect for groups of up to 10 guests. It features two cozy bedrooms equipped with six comfortable beds, ensuring a pleasant night’s sleep for everyone. The property also has two bathrooms and a small open-concept kitchen, ideal for preparing home-cooked meals in an intimate and family atmosphere. It’s a well-used space, designed to offer a comfortable and memorable stay.



Connect to the WiFi to stream some music as you sip a glass of wine on the patio. The wooden pirate ship in the backyard is the perfect place for the kids to hang out while you fire up the gas grill for dinner. The private washer/dryer will take of the laundry, letting everyone look their best.

We loved the hot tub and outdoor fire pit. We brought boardgames but didn't need them due to the outdoor fun! My four year old loved the cubby with stuffies upstairs and spent at least an hour up there playing every day.

Great place for our family vacay at the coast. Cozy house with everything we needed for 10 people to stay. Walking distance to the beach and close drives to rockaway and garibaldi for all the fun we could handle. Hot tub was nice at the end of each day too. Would stay again!

Overall, the property was represented well. Yet, the home is due for a cleaning beyond dusting and vacuuming. We did our best to leave your property in better condition than when we arrived. Thank for a nice accommodation.

Overall the stay was amazing. Fire pit and hot tub were nice. We did have random person yell at my brother Sunday morning about the chairs we were using right off the back steps being on “private property” right behind the house but we wouldn’t dare let a crazy person ruin our trip!

Overall we enjoyed our visit here. The house is very nice; well taken care of and inviting. We did have a few issues with our stay, though, that I will share about to hopefully help the hosts and future guests:When we arrived a tech was servicing the hot tub. It was unusable for the first night because the water needed to heat up. I did complain to the host and was told that previous guests messed it up and it needed to be cleaned. I was told that the hot tub fee would be refunded for the first day, but that hasn’t come through as of this writing.The rental includes toiletries, but there were only very small (think motel style) bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, 2 of each. That’s not enough for a rental that accommodates up to 10 people (we had 9 there for 3 nights). There were issues with the TV remotes too. The Roku remote was broken when we arrived (but we were able to use the mobile app as a remote), and the DVD remote had no batteries and no spares were found on site. The blinds in the front bedroom would not rotate open and closed (not sure if the lift function worked), and numerous bikes were in disrepair and unusable (although I did not look closely at all of them - just the smaller ones that were kid sized).All relatively minor issues, but would have been nice to have the smaller details attended to for it to be a stellar experience. We did appreciate the kitchen tools and the beach toys and chairs that were available for use.

Definitely a very fun house that has some thoughtful features for families. The spiral staircase is a very cool feature, but also keep in mind with small kids that there is potential for a head-banging risk if your child isn't looking.

Things were very clean for the most part. We really enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. However there were a few flaws that people should jnow about, the jacuzzi tub in the large bedroom definitely had mold in and around the jets. The fridge smelled pretty bad and the microwave doesn't work. And a lot of the dishes provided were dirty.

We’re not ones to normally complain, but there were a few things that affected our review. The cleaners were not done at check in at 4. We arrived to trash bags and the floors dirty and no one at the location. The cleaner showed back up at 4:02 and said all she needed to do was vacuum unless “we were ok with how it was”. Obviously we were not. We waited outside until 4:20 when she came out and said she was done. Upon going back inside it was clear the floors were still dirty. Upstairs not vacuumed. Full dishwasher. The beds were made but the sheets didn’t seem clean and like there was sand in them. Toilets were dirty. Make sure you bring toiletries because there was not shampoo etc as advertised. The trash can outside was packed full and emitting a strong fish odor by the hot tub. We made the best of it and cleaned up what we could. Other than the space not being quite ready, it was quite comfortable for our stay. Great for the beach, and coming back for a fire after a day in tillamook.

We love the location and vibe of this beach house. The inside is cozy and cute. My kids love returning here each year. They love the jetted tub and hot tub too (be aware it is visible from the street) A few amenities aren’t quite luxurious like the shower nozzle was coming off and number of bath towels is sparse. If someone was hoping for a deck to hang out on, this one is only average but we still very much enjoy this house for our family and have returned several times.
