This two-story home enjoys a prime lakefront position near the northeastern tip of Lake Coeur d'Alene, close to the Mineral Ridge Scenic Area. When you're not kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, or fishing for Chinook salmon, bass, and northern pike, you'll have plenty to explore nearby. Hayden (21 miles), Harrison (22 miles), Silverwood Theme Park (31 miles), and Silver Mountain Resort (34 miles) are all within day-tripping distance.



Begin and end each day outside, taking in the beauty of the lakefront grounds. Sip your first cup of coffee on the dock as the sunrise illuminates the lake, and fire up the gas grill at lunchtime for a barbecue on the deck. In the evenings, gather for sunset views on the patio before roasting marshmallows around the firepit.



Inside, this home features soaring ceilings and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, a dining space for dinners and board games, and a living area where you can stream movies by the gas fireplace at night.
