Beautiful lake and forest views. House was perfect for the 2 of us. Morning coffee on the deck over looking the lake where we saw eagles each day. House was stocked generously. Quiet, beautiful and very comfortable.

Great setting for a place to stay and hang out while exploring the local area. The deck overlooking the lake was a wonderful place to sit and visit with friends.

Incredible lake view getaway

My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary trip. The views at this beautiful property did not disappoint. The property was clean and as advertised. This is such a peaceful getaway with lake views and access to water as long as you are willing to hike for it. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Thanksgiving Ever

The kitchen was wonderful for meal prep. Bald eagles visited the trees below all day. The location felt isolated, but town was still confidently near by. This is an amazing location.

Beautiful on every level

Literally every level you can see the amazing view of the lake. We spent almost our entire time on the deck enjoying the view and the weather.

Absolutely beautiful!

Worked out great. The view is perfect. Short drive to town. Saw a lot of deer and a couple eagles. Cabin is well supplied. Owner was very responsive.

Nothing But Views!

Great location! Balcony/deck has views for 180 degrees of mountains and lake. Much wild life in the area and saw geese and eagles on a regular bases. Secluded but quick easy trip into town, CDA. Comfortable and unique design to house.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time watching the eagles from the cabin. . At one point we saw 15 eagles on the snags in front of the deck. Winter was a magical time of year to stay here. This home is beautiful, but what sets it aside from the rest are the extra thoughtful touches inside. There’s everything you need to have a perfect stay.

The cabin was smaller than it appeared in the pictures and the layout was quirky. The glassware was also lacking.

Summer vacation at the lake

The location of the property was gorgeous and the view on the lake was awesome. The hill down to lake and deck was little steeper than we expected but it didn’t ruin our vacation and we were able to enjoy swimming and jet skiing. The house was nice and modern with all amenities we needed. During our stay the weather was super hot but with the portable AC unit and opening the windows for the nights the house stayed cool to be comfortable.

Family Weekend Vacation

Great Views 👍 enjoyed playing card games on the deck. Fully stocked kitchen. Private and quiet. Getting down to dock and back up was a challenge. Only did it once. Unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the dock or swimming in lake. Hosts very responsive. Thank you 😃

Christmas Staycation

We chose to rent locally for a Christmas getaway. This home struck us primarily for the view "which was magnificant". But everything else exceeded any expectations we may have had. Eagle watching/photographing was incredible. Our family loved utilizing the couch that comes together in a cube for a movie night. Ammeneties were everything we we needed (even to pull off a Christmas dinner). And the hosts were excellent. (Thank you for sharing your home). We hope to come stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for our 3 year wedding anniversary. The property was exactly as described. The house is only about 20 min from Couer d’ Alene but it feels like you are in the middle of the woods far from civilization. That being said, cell reception is great and internet works great too. The house is very comfortable with all the amenities you need. There’s a nice kitchen that I enjoyed cooking in. There’s a living room loft with a large comfortable couch where we enjoyed streaming a couple movies. The best part is that there is amazing views of the lake from almost every room in this house! The multiple decks were our favorite part. Having morning coffee on the deck with those views was special. We even saw a bald eagle on our last morning there! 10 out of 10 on everything. We would love to revisit someday.

Amazing sunsets, beautiful private home

If you enjoy getting away from the crowds and into nature and still having all the amenities of home this home is for you. I loved watching the beautiful sunsets over the lake from the deck which was our favorite place to hang out. Home was newer, well equipped with extras of everything you need and exceptionally clean. The path to the lake is pretty steep but our family made up of mostly 20 somethings had no problems going down to the water. We enjoyed the privacy of the homes location. We made a couple trips into CDA which took about 20 min or so each way. Beautiful peaceful private location.
